Mars services responded to my request within minutes. Scheduling was easy and prompt (other electricians were booked through the entire month). When I had a scheduling issue pop up last minute, they were able to change to a different time slot with only a text message. Once Rene arrived, he quickly surveyed the issue, offered his suggested solution, and went to work. I'm grateful for the rapid response and professionalism exhibited by Mars. Would use again!

We had electrical issue and Rene came out and gave us an estimate, it was fair so we went with it. Rene came out today and pulled a new wire and installed a new plug. He was very nice and polite and did a very good job. We will be using Mars in the future. Highly recommend them.

This isn't our first time using Mars and won't be the last. We bought a 1974 home this summer to renovate and needed an entire electrical overhaul. Mars came through with flying colors the rates were reasonable and the work done was fabulous. This is why we called them again the day before Thanksgiving to move a few outlets around for us in the add on kitchen. Chris was awesome! He showed up on time and then volunteered to stay and work on the house solo when his partner was called to another job. He was fast, informative and did a great job. We've had a bunch of contractors come in the last few weeks and most leave more mess than they do fix anything, Chris was the opposite. He patched the walls up, and even swept up the floor area where he worked. We truly appreciate him and the work he's done for us.

Scott was great. He gave me a heads up text with an eta and arrived when he said he would. He was polite, professional, and completed the cleaning faster than we expected. Mars has been fantastic with helping us with our new home. We have used them for plumbing, cleaning, carpet cleaning and electric so far. Our electrician, Rene, was exceptionally awesome! He had a huge job by himself replacing all of our switches and plugs, changing 17 fixtures to be recessed LEDs, and swapping our old ceiling fans for new light fixtures all over the house. He did amazing and everything looks exactly how we had imagined it would. Thank you Rene!

We are looking for installation of gas line for cooktop. Still we have to finalize the work but wanted to put the review for the initial services given by Mars Services. From contacting for free quote till visit by technicians and free quote, the service is excellent. I am the first home buyer and this is the first service quote we are getting. So I was bit confused of the overall process. From enquiry till now I have many questions which are answered quickly and efficiently. The technicians visited the home were very friendly and knowledgeable. Both spent reasonable time in examining for estimate. Really hoping to use Mars Services for this as well as all next projects.
