I broke the water shutoff valve underneath my sink on Saturday, causing a leak. Fortunately, Michael from Majestic Plumbing was able to come to fix the problem first thing on Sunday morning. I am happy with Majestic's pricing, professionalism, and quality of work. I would use this company again in the future.

Very satisfied with the service provided today. It took a bit of time to find the issue but the work to find it was diligently because it was electrical and was not simple. I hope not need to have an electrician anytime soon but if I do, I will be calling Majestic.

Prices doubled every time I talked to them. First the quote was free, then I booked it and they said it was 79.99. The morning of, they called to say the quote was 149.99. Then they come out and say the work would be ~$600, then the written quote says $1,600. When I asked about the simplest solution (replace an existing sink) they said could be $600, but refused because of code violations (despite not seeing the new sink) and would only do the $1,600 work. They were constantly increasing prices and pressure me into over spending as a first time shop owner.

They were in constant contact, easy to work with, and extremely professional. This will be the company that I recommend and will always call with any home issues I have! 5 star PLUS!

Is there a way to give LESS than a star?! Do not book time with this company. They charge an $80 fee to come out and give an estimate (so they say). OK, that seems fine. The plumber came to my house, was here less than 5 minutes and told me it would be an additional $300 dollars to actually snake the line in to look at the plumbing. Bait and switch, much? When I said no to that, he said, ""That'll be $80."" Literally, he wanted me to pay $80 to come in, try up up charge me and leave. I get how plumbing companies don't want their time wasted. This company will waste YOUR time and try to trick and cheat you. Had they asked me what i needed when they booked the appointment, they could've quoted me what they would actually charge to create an estimate. This approach was sneaky and underhanded. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.

Our toilet flooded and they had a charge to come out, they ran a snake down and charged 885. 3 days later same problem , they want to charge another fee to come out , no thanks . I am glad some got good service, but I wouldn't recommend them to a wealthy person. 885. for a snake run. but the tech. told me the 885 would cover much more , camera run, pipes and other stuff. when I mentioned it, he went dumb on me.
