The worst. They were scheduled to come out within an hour window but didn't show. I called and the woman who answered said ""Oh I see your appointment here. Hasn't the technician called you?"" She put me on hold for a few minutes then said she would check on it and call me back in five minutes. I never received a call back from anyone and they are no longer answering my calls. Zero courtesy, zero customer service. Awful.

I can't believe I forgot to leave Chris a review. He installed my EV charger back in 2022 and did an exceedingly professional job considering my house has no attic and on a slab.
My mom just got an EV and he came out to give a bid for hers and he was priced lower than bids my brother got from a number of different companies. I already know the level of work he does, so he will be starting their job once we get an ok from the inspector he sent out for a meter spot request.

Chris came out to help replace a broken Juicebox EV charger with a new ChargePoint EV charger. He was the most reasonably priced electrician after I sent a quote request to multiple electricians. He was very professional, kept open communication, and installed the new charger with no issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for help with their electrical needs.

Side note: After he finished installing the new charger, I asked if he could check another electrical issue I was having and he was easily able to diagnose my problem.

Decided to get my wife a Tesla and was referred over to Chris to install our Tesla Universal Charger. We spoke and shortly after I sent him a video of install area so he he could give me a rough quote. After receiving the charger about 10 days later he came out with his team and completed the work in a few hours. We discussed the install and also he gave me some insight on some of the electrical work that had been done before on my panel. He followed thru with scheduling the Permit and was present when the inspector came out. Happy its installed and completed. He just sent my invoice so I could complete the LADWP rebate. Highly recommend.

This review is long overdue. We've been working with Chris for a while now and he's our go-to for anything electric. He's installed Tesla wall charger, lights fixtures and pendants, ceiling fans, switches and dimmers, etc. When you find someone you can trust, you just don't think about it anymore and know who to call. Chris is honest, reliable, communicates well, and his work is great! Also helps that he's just a super nice guy as well. I would recommend 10 out of 10.
