I had two electrical panels go out at my mother in-laws house in Chatsworth and needed an electrician. Chris picked up the phone and did some troubleshooting with me that night. It was after hours, and he rearranged his schedule so he could get to me first thing in the morning. Chris located hard to find parts and came back the same day to fix both panels. I thought his prices were better than fair for his talent level. He gave me his card, and now I've got a quality electrician for a long time. Overall 5 stars, and really nice guy to work with, and honest. He gave me some pointers about a couple of other electrical projects I was working on too. I don't know why anyone would give him less than stellar reviews, and while you can't trust all yelp reviews, this guy is legitimate. I will call again (Michael - using my wife's yelp account).

We had Chris replace our old Charge Point EV charger with a new Juice Box. He also put in an outlet and replaced some sconces for us. He was professional with his communication, punctual, and easy to talk to and work with. He kept his work spaces tidy and his prices were very reasonable. We will definitely use him again for our future electric needs!

I recently purchased a Tesla charger and Nest Flood Lights with camera. Although there are a number of electricians who responded, I decided to go with M&I Electric given the positive reviews. I was not disappointed. Chris is professional and personable. He knew exactly how to proceed, effortlessly installing both devices and neatly removing all the debris. If he doesn't respond to Yelp right away, it is still worth the additional few hours to wait. I would recommend him for any electric job no matter how big or small.

I reached out to Chris when my Tesla wall charger kept triggering my breaker due to the load. The previous electrician did not look into this/advise me that this was not a good idea. What I needed was a brand new 200a service panel to handle my new charger. Chris came to inspect the property and I received my quote quickly. His quote was significantly lower that three other electricians I vetted. He was able to handle the permitting process (permit and service panel relocation approval) and installation in a timely manner and I could not be more happy with the results. Very professional and would recommend to anyone.

I called Chris to install 2 fans in bedrooms where none existed. When he came over I changed the plan on him and had him install one and replace an existing one instead. Additionally I decided to throw 5 more light fixture replacements at him at the same time and he did all of that for me perfectly. Had extra bulbs when I didn't have any. Fixed another non working fixture and fixed a dimmer switch because my recessed lights weren't dimming in the kitchen. He was the absolute best. Writing this review now because I'm about to call him for another new chandelier install and forgot to write this review last time! He's professional, on time, the absolute best.

I initially found Chris when I needed to have a car charger installed. Since then he's handled electrical work for both my home and income property. I have always found him to be prompt, provide great communication and he does great work at a fair rate. I am so grateful to have finally found a great electrician. Highly recommended!!

I had setup an appt and was given his estimate. I wanted to confirm what he was going to do. He told me what he was going to do, which was NOT what the packaging said to do. Repeated my question and he then repeated his answer and said the cost was most likely $150more since the bigger breaker was needed and would be the majority of the cost. Packaging said 30 amp breaker he said needed a 40 amp breaker. I called the manufacturer on this, they said "" 30 amp breaker double pole 240 volt. Called and told him this,. His answer ""I am the professional and I make the decision"". Told him I didn't need him, cancelled the appt and hire another electrician.
