Scheduling an appointment was easy and they were able to get a tech out to me quickly. The Tech arrived on time and was knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I appreciated the fact that he gave me some options.

Called Lovotti's to do a check on my heating and air conditioning system. They came highly recommended.
I had Bell Brothers previously and all they did was try to sell me a new system!
Lovott's inspected my system and provided me with a professional bid for any future needs. They also cleaned and serviced the air conditioner.
You can't go wrong staying with local providers who have been in well established businesses. Don't fall for promises of services from companies like Bell Brothers who make big promises if you sign a service contract!!

Called owner per his request. He blew me off. They hung up on me three times when I tried to call Scott. The company is a joke. This company is so shady. Filed BBB they replied with false information and photos. Filed against there California contractors license after their investigation they referred me to civil court to sue them. Got an attorney now to file suit I'm so looking forward to this judgement it will be public record for anyone that needs more evidence that this is a company you need to avoid.

They replaced my HVAC in March of 2021. The heater whistled when it came on and they got it to settle down. As it was the toward end of the cold season I stopped using it. It kept doing it last year and they sent a tech out to fix it. It subsided some but still whistled. This winter it started again and after a few visits from the tech it still whistled. I spoke with a supervisor, Dustin, about the problem. He sent one more tech out to virify it had a problem he called me back a told me they were going to replace it.
This morning Cam came out with the new unit and in less than 2 hours we have a new heater that doesn't whistle.

Tony needs 10 stars the best in the business! Did the whole quote for my unit, crane(HVAC on the roof) and provided warranty overall good guy! Highly recommended, and cant beat the price. Canvased everywhere and yes here on yelp.

The service was great. Technician was right on time. Service both our big units and check everything so when winter time comes heating will be ok. Put in the 4 inch filters for us. He worked hard going up and down the stairs. They will be back when the new sensor's come in for the Zoning part. I would recommend them than any other HVAC company you won't be disappointed.

Had Lovotti install a Quiet Cool whole house fan as well as do maintenance on our AC. Installers for whole house fan were professional and kept the house clean! HVAC technician was awesome. Our AC is running beautifully. We've also used them for electrical work in the past - they have been efficient and responsive with any and all issues. Highly recommend!
