Do not use this company! Once they have your money they are non responsive to calls to fix things they did wrong! I repeat do not use them!

Lovotti Company, do you read these reviews? It looks like something gets lost between the customer and the front office. If the front office cannot dispatch a helpful person, then this company will not survive.

Jose sounds awesome, but I never got to meet him, because I never got to talk with the boss, Scott. It sounds like the lady who answers the phone needs to pass the message along to Scott the boss so that they can send a helpful person to solve the problems which we customers have.

6-22-18. Jose gets 5 stars. The lady who answered the phone this morning gets 2. She just wasn't real helpful and gave me an appointment for Wednesday without giving a time.
6-26-18. Called in to get my appointment time for tomorrow and confirmed appointment. Women who answered was a little more helpful than before. But still poor customer service. Couldn't answer questions and didn't seem to care. If I didn't already have great experiences with Jose their plumber, I would use someone else. I hope the people answering the phone can get better trained.

Great service and professionalism from the guys that removed and replaced my heating and air conditioner, plus gave me a tankless water heater. They worked on a Saturday thats not a normal workday ! The supervisor Rian came by each day to check on things and see if everything was going as expected. The guys that worked in my home respected my floors and cleaned up everyday before leaving going the extra mile was great. The job was well done and satisfying for all that was done! I will definitely recommend the company to anyone needing this kind of work . Great group of guys they worked well together and did a great job!

Amazing folks. Came out, inspected our furnace that was supposedly broken and needing to be replaced. The service guy made a few adjustments, cleaned up the burners a bit and in doing so, saved us close to $3K in unnecessary construction/HVAC costs. I didn't catch his name (because the dogs were barking and I didn't ask him to repeat it) but thank you for being awesome at your job.

Had an appointment today between 1-3pm, I called at 2pm and inquired on the eta. The lady that answered, texted the technician and he responded that he was at another call and he would be at my place as soon as he got done. At 3:05pm, the technician still had not shown up, so i called again. This time i spoke to ""Sylvia"" who was extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. After my conversation with her and the lack of professionalism, i decided to take my business elsewhere. I was shocked to hear that ""Sylvia"" is the office manager at Lovotti. Guess there is no standard for customer service anymore. I gave them 1 star only because of the promptness in which they answer the phone.

Scott Lovotti installed our HVAC system and had done some plumbing repairs for us in the past. His prices have always been reasonable and the workmanship very professional.

My sink was backed up and lovotti sent out Jose and his partner the following morning. They were very friendly and personable. 4 stars because I had to wait an extra day to do my dishes when I called right when they opened the day before and they left a little mess behind.

Great service!!! Very informative as to what's going on and how to prevent further issues! Friendly staff. Very prompt. Competitive rates and in most cases cheaper than the competition!!! I highly recommend Lovitti!!!
