*Michael Lott launched Lott Energy in 2011 and acquired the IES Commercial Orlando operation (formerly Amber Electric) on June 10, 2011.

*This acquisition allowed Lott Energy to collaborate with IES Commercial as an Exclusive Certified National Accounts Service Provider through November 2015.
