*With annual revenues exceeding $40M, Amber Electric has operated under multiple names for more than 30 years.

*Michael Lott launched Lott Energy in 2011 and acquired the IES Commercial Orlando operation (formerly Amber Electric) on June 10, 2011.

*As part of this acquisition, Lott Energy partnered with IES Commercial to become an Exclusive Certified National Accounts Service Provider until November 2015.
