We renovated a 100 year old home in Atascadero but lost our original electrician midway through the remodel. We hired Live Oak to finish the electrical, replacing old with new throughout the downstairs and outside patio. We were lucky to catch them right before a big job and Ryan, the owner, was able to squeeze us in quickly. Journeyman Dan and apprentice Mike spent almost 3 days quickly and efficiently doing the work, finishing under the estimated cost. Dan even found errors that the first guy made on our panel and corrected them. All these guys were smart, knowledgeable, and friendly, especially Dan who did the lion's share of the work. We finally feel safe in our home and we can't say enough good things about this company and would hire them again in a heartbeat!

We have used Live Oak at least two more times since my first review and again, the guys were on time and provided a great product. We needed additional ceiling fans installed and more lighting and outlets in my office. I was so impressed with the job they did in my husband's music room, that I wanted the same set up in my office.
If you want professional, experienced electricians who do what they say they will and clean up afterwards, then call Live Oak!

If you want an EV charger installed, look no further. I got quotes from 4-5 different companies all coming on site. They were all pretty high quotes. In 1 minute on the phone, Live Oak told me it would be about half what the others quoted and he could do it 2 days later days. I was a bit skeptical, but he came 2 days later, installed the quad breaker in a packed panel where he had to move some other breakers around, installed the NEMA 14-50 outlet in the garage and was done in 1.5 hours. Total was right on the estimate. If I have any other electrical work, I'll definitely be back.

I was in need of an overhead light replacement. Making an appointment was quick and easy; Ryan came out promptly and got to work. The fixture to remove was not typical, and Ryan was able to remove it without complication and install the replacement fixture fairly quickly. Very thorough; he had light bulbs for the new lighting! and cleaned up afterwards. Very reasonable cost for the expedience and quality of work performed. Thank you :-)
