With over 25 years of experience in premium residential and commercial construction, we are a licensed, insured, and bonded electrical and general contracting company. Having started in the high-end residential construction market of San Francisco, we have now expanded our services to the immediate East Bay, focusing on areas like Emeryville, Berkeley, Piedmont, Oakland, and Alameda.

Clients benefit from our role as a single point of contact for multiple scopes of work, simplifying their experience. Recently, we completed a remodel of a single-family home's kitchen and bathroom, which included a PG&E upgrade, lighting improvements, and painting.

As an electrical and general contractor using full-electric trucks, we enjoy distinct benefits. In a recent project, we took out the complete electrical meter system of a single-family home and disconnected PG&E's power, but we ensured that the homeowner's refrigerator, lighting, WiFi, and electronics remained powered. While we were installing recessed lighting, which necessitated opening sheetrock in the ceiling and walls, we also worked on the kitchen cabinets and countertops. We completed the project by addressing the sheetrock and paint, finishing everything in just three weeks without PG&E power, providing exceptional value without needing additional contractors or tradesmen.
