We are a licensed, insured, and bonded electrical and general contracting firm with over 25 years of experience in high-end residential and commercial construction. We began in San Francisco's luxury residential construction field and have now extended our services to the immediate East Bay, especially in Emeryville, Berkeley, Piedmont, Oakland, and Alameda.

We often serve as a single point of contact for various scopes of work, providing significant value to our clients. Recently, we completed a remodel of a single-family home's kitchen and bathroom, which included a PG&E upgrade, lighting improvements, and painting.

Utilizing full-electric trucks as an electrical and general contractor offers unique advantages. In one recent project, we dismantled the entire electrical meter equipment of a single-family home and cut off PG&E's power, while still keeping the refrigerator, lighting, WiFi, and electronics operational for the homeowner. While we were installing recessed lighting, which necessitated opening sheetrock in the ceiling and walls, we also worked on the kitchen cabinets and countertops. We concluded the project by taking care of the sheetrock and paint, completing it in three weeks without PG&E power, offering remarkable value without the need for additional contractors or tradesmen.
