We are a licensed, insured, and bonded electrical and general contracting firm with over 25 years of experience in high-end residential and commercial construction. Having started in the high-end residential construction market of San Francisco, we have now expanded our services to the immediate East Bay, focusing on areas like Emeryville, Berkeley, Piedmont, Oakland, and Alameda.

Clients benefit from our role as a single point of contact for multiple scopes of work, simplifying their experience. As an example, we just finished remodeling a single-family home's kitchen and bathroom, in addition to upgrading PG&E services, enhancing lighting, and applying fresh paint.

Employing full-electric trucks in our electrical and general contracting work provides us with unique advantages. In a recent project, we took out the complete electrical meter system of a single-family home and disconnected PG&E's power, but we ensured that the homeowner's refrigerator, lighting, WiFi, and electronics remained powered. While we were installing recessed lighting, which necessitated opening sheetrock in the ceiling and walls, we also worked on the kitchen cabinets and countertops. We wrapped up the project by handling the sheetrock and paint, finishing in three weeks without PG&E power, delivering outstanding value without requiring extra contractors or tradesmen.
