I possess more than four years in the construction field and kitchen/bathroom remodeling. I was trained by my dad, who had two decades of contracting experience in San Francisco, CA, and by another contractor with a luxury remodeling firm in Roseville, CA, boasting 16+ years in the field. We ensured everything was completed professionally, cleanly, and correctly. My job was clear-cut, and I enjoyed it; the company was growing quickly. I’m certain you’ve heard this before, but the contractor had roughly 15-20 projects in progress at the same time. Usually, one might consider this a good thing. Yet, when the boss and team leaders are always stressed, and you’re having less family time, it’s obvious this situation won’t turn out well.
