I have over four years of experience in construction and kitchen/bathroom renovations. I learned from my father, who had over 20 years of contracting experience in San Francisco, CA, and from another contractor with a high-end remodeling business in Roseville, CA, who has 16+ years in the industry. We ensured everything was completed professionally, cleanly, and correctly. My responsibilities were simple, and I took pleasure in them; the company was thriving. I’m certain you’ve heard this before, but the contractor had roughly 15-20 projects in progress at the same time. Usually, one might consider this a good thing. But when the boss and team leaders are perpetually under pressure, and you’re spending diminishing time with your family, it’s clear this won’t end positively.
