Quick, Efficient, Quality work at Fair Price. Called Monday morning and got a quote within the hour from Yong to fix all of my son's bedroom outlets that abruptly shut off last night. I mentioned my daughter heard crackling sounds coming from an outlet in her bedroom that is next to my son's, however her power was not affected. Yong and his assistant was able to come by the same day on Monday afternoon. They found burnt outlet components in my daughter's bedroom instead that had affected the outlets in my son's room, within 10-15 minutes. Where to begin?! I am SO impressed with LHP Electrical! I called first thing on a Sunday morning. My call was immediately answered, and I explained my issue. The gentleman I spoke with was able to get me on Facetime, and walked me through a few steps to try to solve the problem without their services. When that didn't work, he immediately set up a time within a few hours of my call, and quoted me the service charge. The gentleman arrived 30 minutes early of the estimated time window! Since my box is located inside my condo, he put on shoe covers to walk into my home :) He immediately got to work - and in less than 20 minutes, I had power in all outlets in the affected rooms! He shared the issue, what he did to resolve it, and charged me well less than the quoted price because he was able to resolve the issue more quickly than he had originally thought. Talk about integrity! It's so hard to find these days! WOW!! Everything about my experience with LHP was top notch. I truly appreciated the care in which my electrical issue was handled from start to finish. Thank you so very much!!! I would call Yong again for any electrical problems i need help with.

He was busy when i first called him, but he called me back promptly.

I explained the problem, that the master bathroom outlet stopped working, and that i thought it might have something to do with drilling through the drywall from underneath the bathroom. Yong asked me if my other bathroom outlets worked. To my surprise, when i checked, none of the other bathroom outlets worked either. He explained that the issue likely was _not_ the drilling. He gave me a quote for the job, i said ok to the price he gave me, and he said he could come out to work on the issue a little later on the same day, he gave me a 2 hour time frame during which i could expect him to come by.

He arrived on time and got everything working for me. He also explained that i was likely using too much power and gave me some tips. Thanks, Yong!
