An electrical contractor who cares. Tenants in my rental property in Fremont had complained that there were electrical problems in the house. Contacted LHP and explained the situation to Yong who answered the phone. Difficulty was that Tenants for whom English is a second language, almost never answer the phone. This required several calls and texts over several days before LHP was finally able to gain access and trouble shoot and fix the problem, which meant replacing several electrical outlets.
Yong always answered the phone promptly and went to a great deal of trouble dealing with unresponsive Tenants. Repair charges were also very reasonable.
I definitely recommend this Company.

Mr. Zhang picked up the phone every time we called him. Very Professional.

Inadvertently, we had multiple space heaters on - across two rooms and that caused a power outage in one room. It was very intriguing as the rest of the house had power. I'd initially thought it to be a blown circuit breaker in the electrical panel. Mr. Zhang checked and found the circuit breaker to be good. He then identified an old socket in the path to the room that needed replacement, and, when he did - the power was back in the room. He was very professional and courteous! Definitely recommend him.

Fridge kept tripping the breaker box and eventually caused it to pop and sizzle. I put out a request on Yelp for electricians.

LHP responded immediately and was the first person to tell me a time they were free and a price for the work. Saved me a lot of time calling people back and getting estimates, coordinating schedules, etc. His price was fair and upfront.

He also seemed genuinely happy to be teaching me what happened with the panel. He took pictures, showed me the burned out breaker, and explained everything to me. He is knowledgeable and patient and seems to be a solid person. Highly recommend.

Yong installed recessed lighting in our home and did a fantastic job. Yong and his crew installed all 20 lights in one day. He was very responsive and friendly. Also, when one of the dimmer switches stopped working later on, Yong came back and replaced the dimmer switch free of charge. Would recommend him for any future jobs. Am also keeping his contact info in case we ever need future electrical work.
