I called this morning and by 10:30 I had received a call from my technician. He was very polite and courteous. I was working from home and he explained he would be here shortly and once he arrived he told me he would be in and out of the house making the repair. I left a message with them and they contacted me first thing Saturday morning; by that afternoon I had a/c. I truly appreciate the professionalism of the technicians that have come out. Having had to replace my entire HVAC system I got the opportunity to work with both Cory and Anthony from start to finish and couldn't be more happier with my new Trane system. They walked me thru the different options and features and gave me excellent advice for size and recommendations to keep our home cold in the summer and warm in the winter. My system works so great in the hottest of Texas summers that my kids keep complaining it is too cold in the house! Also the savings on my electric bill and their competitive pricing made this a no-brainer. I highly recommend Lex Air to all my friends and family!

Lex Air replaced my upstairs unit and they did a great job, technicians were friendly and explained everything after they finished the job.

I have to amend my previous review because a second vendor brought it to my attention that this company ripped me off. They grossly overcharged me for their service and for parts and were super dismissive and rude when I called asked for details on my invoice.
What a huge disappointment! I won't be using them again. Scammers!

We just bought a home and our AC went out. In April and we got quotes from multiple local businesses Lex Air had the best prices, and were the most patient with us being new home owners. Kenny helped us and explained all our options and didn't pressure us in anyways to get more than we NEEDED. The installation crew was awesome and answered all of our questions and Kenny even came by on installation day to make sure things were going smoothly. I waited to review until the middle of summer to see how our unit would do and it is still doing great!!! Great company!!!

This review is overdue, but got our AC unit and duct work replaced in May due to our original 1984 Trane system going out. Lex Air was very professional and installed a new Trane system. The crew was polite and worked late to insure install was complete and working right. The system is still running perfectly! We are thankful for Lex Air and will highly recommend! (P.S. We love our Nexia App!)
