Lex air has very bad customer service, if you are looking for a quality A/C company may I suggest A-1 Air very professional and does quality work at a fair price.

On 12.3.2018 I hired Lex Air to replace my 25 year old 3 zone system. I purchased a completely new Trane XV20 system with 3 zones (two 4 ton, one 5 ton) for $41k (plus $3k rebate, net $38k). I found Lex Air to professional, knowledgeable, responsive and reasonably priced. I landed on the Trane system and Lex Air after much research and I'm extremely satisfied with both the dealer and the product. Kenny was very helpful in selecting the right system for my home. Scheduling the install was prompt and easy. Lex Air processed all paperwork for my permits and inspections and for the applicable rebate from Trane ($3k gift card). They staged the install over 3 days (1 zone/day) so I never lost heat and their installers were clean and produced a great work product. I'm a stickler for tidy wiring and pipe routing etc and they did not disappoint. They programmed my new system into my house wifi and setup my phone app so I can control the system remotely and also gave us a tutorial on its its operation. Their manager, Kenny, who sold me the system was on site daily to check on the work and ensure our satisfaction. I will use Lex Air for all my HVAC needs in the future such as annual maintenance or would recommend them to others.

Thanks for the response. But I found it really sugar coated and tried to twist the fact. I was not satisfied because you refused to come back and finish the job that u started. I did not ask u to do it for free. You insisted that the repair you did in my house is not garrenteed even though it was just within 30 days. I disputed the credit card charge because u did not even do the repair u claimed because the other company found out the pipe was completely clogged with stone! What you did was simply blowing some air through the pipe and walked away with money in the pocket, did not even care if it worked or not. Then you claimed that the customer was cheep and wanted free service. Honesty is real important in your business. I am not trying to ruin your business. Hopefully you really learned the lesson and treat your future customer well.

Best price, great service...

Called around to three Trane vendors, Lex Air was the least expensive. Unit was installed within the week. Install team was fast, professional and courteous. They went above and beyond. Follow up and supervision were great. Anthony came through! I'd certainly recommend them!

Only complaint is that the installers released the refrigerant from my old unit into the atmosphere... thought they were supposed to capture any remaining refrigerant for environmental reasons.

Let me just start by saying that my husband and I are extremely jaded when it comes to the construction industry. After living through 16 weeks of renovation on our home, and being told that our current AC unit would support the space, we were devastated to find out a week later that we in fact needed a brand new HVAC system. We are coming up on multiple days of 100+ degree temperatures and we had no choice but to move forward with the unit replacement. On Monday my husband spent hours calling installers and having them come out to provide quotes and they were all astronomically priced and they spent no more than 10 minutes at the house. Toward the end of the day he spoke to Anthony at Lex Air and he said that they could send someone out to look at the space right away. After speaking with Anthony and visiting with Kenny (who spent a good 30 minutes inspecting all aspects of the project), we felt very confident that they were the right guys to go with. They were honest, used TRANE products (Made in Texas) and had been very fair in their pricing and financing options. We confirmed with Kenny that same night and by 10:00 am the next morning Juan and Daniel were at the house installing our new system. These two guys were fantastic - they answered all of my questions, suffered through the insane heat and were finished with the whole project by 5:30. From start to finish Lex Air fixed our problem and cooled our house in less than 24 hours. After over a year of terrible experiences, we are so thankful that we found an honest company. Thank you to everyone at Lex Air for providing exceptional customer service - it means more than you could ever know!

These guys are great! I was previously under a maintenance contract with a different AC company (A number _ air). Recently on their last service visit, I realized it was time to change it up. Their tech was pushing me to buy another unit simply because my unit is 11 years old. It still runs like a champ but the tech from the other company insisted it was going bad and I needed to replace ASAP. Long story short, the tech from the other company provided me with misleading information and I could no longer trust any of their techs.

Lexair sent me a tech named Randy to perform my spring tune up and he was great! He tested my inside/outside units and he said they were running fine. He determined that according to the current measurements and tests of the units, there was really no reason to consider purchasing a replacement at this time. Sure my units are from 2001 but they're well maintained and I needed a professional tech to confirm this. This is exactly what I received from Lexair. Many thanks to Randy and Lexair!! Great job!

I did my research to find a reputable company for a Trane system. LexAir was the most affordable and had a BBB A+ rating. Kenny and Anthony answered all my questions promptly and the crew was great. They took extra care to pick up after the job. Excellent experience so far!

I was working from home and he explained he would be here shortly and once he arrived he told me he would be in and out of the house making the repair.
