Finding a good honest HVAC person like finding a good honest Auto Mechanic! We had already dealt with a few AC people and they were charging an arm and leg for minor work and were swindled by another with a incorrect diagnostic.
Kevin is truly a professional! He is honest, transparent and most importantly very reasonable in price. My parents have income properties and he will have lifetime HVAC work with us. I highly recommend him to anyone that has any HVAC issues. For now on we will only work with Kevin and recommend to everyone that needs HVAC. Exceptional quality service! Very pleased with his work ethic!

Kevin is a real gem. In a moment's notice, he was able to fit us in and within five minutes after arriving, he correctly diagnosed the issue. He quickly went to Home Depot to get the parts that he needed, which was a new electrical box, fuses and wiring which had gone bad over the 20 years we have been using our air conditioning.

Kevin is old-school. He gets back to you immediately if you leave a message, but most likely he will pick up the phone. His pricing is so reasonable, I had to give him more than his quote so I could feel good about myself.

Kevin is the best and the most trusted of all the AC guys I've seen. He's knowledgeable, reasonable, and very responsive. My AC was running all day long (from 11am till 1am) in this S. Cal heatwave still @ 85F in the house mid-day!! Now it can finally stopped running after dark . Highly recommended!!

Service above and beyond. We called Kevin to our home to service our HVAC system that two other repair technicians could not figure out. Kevin found the leak and determined we needed a new condenser. After a few trips back and forth to our house which was an ordeal he was able to replace our unit and the air is running great! I don't know where to begin. From the phone call alone I could tell Kevin was a simple, down to earth, relatable person. It was like having a friend show up to work on my AC. Had a leak coming through a vent in the ceiling I knew what it was the A/C right away since our backup condensation line was already dripping. Called during the last heat wave knowing I would have trouble finding someone to come out at 5pm on a Tuesday. This was the third company I called, the first didn't answer and the second offered to come out the following week! The third was Let's Chill and Kevin offered to come out as soon as he finished up with an appt he was wrapping up. I figured he was doing me a favor since that was probably supposed to be his last appointment for the day. I was happy to see he did come by as promised and took care of the leak. I accepted a quick quote (which I found very reasonable), he cleared out both the primary and secondary lines and the A/C was as good as new. Talked to him a little about his company and asked a few questions about our HVAC system (I wanted to make sure he knew what he was talking about). I could not be happier with the level of communication and service that was provided and I now have my ""A/C guy."" Just like we all need a good mechanic we all need a good ""A/C guy"" and I'm happy to have found ours. He will be replacing our condenser unit very soon. I very highly recommend Let's Chill HVAC!

Needed someone to fix a minisplit that was no longer blowing cold at my parents. We originally had someone come ojt to recharge the unit and it blew cold for 1 day and stopped working. Regretted throwing money away to that dishonest person becuase they didnt fix the root of the issue. Reached out to Kevin through yelp and he responded right away. Sent a couple photos and he was able to give me a reasonable estimate of the price. He came out and fixed a leak and recharged the unit and got everything blowing cold again in under an hour. Really honest and knowledgeable person. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for someone to fix your ac units.
