Twice Kevin has come to our rescue when the a/c has stopped working during a heatwave. Kevin knows his trade well. He assesses the problem, gives you an idea of what is not working, and gets busy fixing the problem. We bought the parts ourselves, at cost, and Kevin repaired the problem. He is efficient, incredibly knowledgeable, explains everything well, and his final invoice is entirely reasonable and doesn't make you weep for days. My confidence in him to diagnose the problem, correctly repair it, and charge equitably is 100%. Plus, like any great doctor's office, he gives a follow up call to make sure things are right.

Kevin has done some work for my grandfather in the past and more recently for my cousin, and now I have had the experience of a genuine no b/s HVAC technician. I called Kevin and he was able to get to me the next day, called ahead to confirm the appointment time and showed up on time! He was able to diagnose and repair my HVAC system in short order. Kevin let me know what was wrong, and also gave me an estimate on what the repairs would be before digging in and replacing the parts, the invoice was exactly what he told me it would be. I was recommended Kevin by a friend, as we'd been calling the Gas and Electric companies for months to try to figure out what was wrong with our heater/thermostat. He made time for us on the day of the call, and came out when the sun was setting while it was raining, to take a look at our furnace that is on our roof. Not only did he go out of his way to make it easy for us to contact him and set up a time to meet, he also diagnosed the problem within minutes. He is honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with and schedule with. It's a smaller company, so you get the personal treatment instead of having to jump through automated voice message machines and scheduling of bigger companies. If you have ANY HVAC issues at all, give Kevin a call! I can't recommend him enough!

We had 2 mini-split heads that were leaking due to a broken condensate pump.. After 3 weeks of searching for someone to help us in the middle of the LA heatwave Kevin took the call and came same day with a fair price. He is generous person who is honest and ready to do the job. We would still be without our AC's in 90 degree heat if it wasn't for him.

Kevin is one of the most hardworking and honest contractors I know. Our heat went out in the middle of winter, and he came out right away to assess the problem. He then took the time to walk me through several options, and answered my many questions patiently and thoroughly. We ended up swapping out our entire janky central air system for a very reasonably-priced mini-split system which has kept us cool and warm for a fraction of what we were paying for with gas. It's a great feeling to know that we made a smart choice with all the hot months (and years) coming up, and I'm very satisfied with Kevin's customer service and work.

I would definitely recommend Let's Chill HVAC for your Air conditioning & electrical services. I called Kevin, whom was highly recommend 2 me from a friend, 2 install my Mini split air & heating system. Kevin came on a one day notice, and saved me from my handyman who was making a huge mistake trying 2 install it. I put 2 much faith in my handyman. But I Thank GOD, Kevin made time 2 come install it Correctly, & run new electrical from the panel box. Now I have a mini split that nicely operates, Quiet & Cold. Kevin is a hard worker, he didn't mind working late, he was Very nice, Open, Well Knowledge, Fairly Priced & Professional. I will be calling Kevin again for my next electrical job.
