Legacy's employees were friendly and quick to come out to our home. Unfortunately their rewiring of our control board caused issues with the humidistat control board. They never returned my call when I questioned the quote of $550 for the replacement control board. Luckily we found another business that replaced both boards for less than $500.

Amazing experience with these guys. They know what they are doing. Have helped me with a couple properties I manage in New Braunfels area, and all the times they've just killed it! They don't overcharge you or tell you to install a new system, like other companies do. They will be honest with you. This time it was just some burnt wires. The techs know what they are doing, and are always polite. Fair price, excellent service.

We had a new air conditioning unit installed this past week. From the first meeting with Travis to the completion of the job with Octavio and George we were very satisfied. Travis explained in detail the equipment and what type would be best for our home. Otavio and George were courteous, friendly and very efficient. We had some trouble setting up the wi-fi thermostat. We called Travis and he was at the house within 1/2 hour. He had it working in no time at all.
Legacy is everything they say they are. We highly recommend them

My older unit needed to be replaced. Abel was prompt, courteous and friendly. More importantly he gave me options and related his personal experience with his Trane HVAC system and set up the installation. Rick and Ivan showed up on time and had it installed while Abel hung and fixed the ducting. The finished quickly and cleaned up nicely. They all did a good job of showing me how to use the new system. They gave me the certificate of product rating to send in for the rebate. In the 5 days I have used it my room temperatures are more even and the wifi connected thermostat is amazing. I just downloaded an app to connect to phone and an Alexa skill so I can change the temperature verbally from anywhere in earshot of Alexa. Abel called several days later to make sure everything was running well and they will return a couple more times this year to do warranty work. I have had bad experiences with other AC service companies and Legacy is definitely a breath of fresh air. I HIGHLY recommend them.

A nice guy came to give me a quote. Unfortunately, the quote was higher than other AC places I got quotes from.

I had my heat pump repaired by Legacy since the 1st company I called never showed up (1st Choice Heating & Air - don't use them btw)
Legacy was very friendly on the phone & came out same day. Service tech was very nice and knowledgeable - I will be using them again and recommending them to anyone who will listen!! What a great company, who understands the concept of customer service!

This company has completely restored my faith in air conditioning companies!!! Only use LEGACY A/C. MY ENTIRE STORY FOLLOWS:
I originally had contacted Woods Comfort Systems in San Marcos when my 10 year old Trane air conditioner stopped working. Their technician charged me $50 to tell me my condensor motor was bad, and needed to be replaced for $1,800. Then their ""comfort advisor"" advised me not to replace the motor but that I would better off replacing the entire inside and outside unit, thousands of dollars!! So for a cost of $500, I replaced my own motor I bought online but after a week it stopped working also.
Then I contacted Legacy A/C in New Braunfels. Raymond, a BRILLIANT technician came out today and checked my entire system and found the source of my problem. My drain line had become clogged and my top of the line Trane system has an automatic shut-off that shuts off the system to prevent an overflow, he cleaned out the line, and for only $129 my air conditioning system if running great. LEGACY AND RAYMOND WERE HONEST AND SOLVED MY PROBLEM!!!!
Thank goodness there are still companies out there like Legacy who conduct business the RIGHT way. Whatever my a/c or heating problems are in the future, I will ONLY USE LEGACY AND RAYMOND!!!!

These people are amazing. Called them desperate with my AC out and House was 89 degrees. So HOT. They were able to send someone right over and they replaced capacitor and serviced unit. Great job. House is already cooled down significantly.

I came home to find out my AC unit was not working. After a quick internet search I found Legacy Services. I made the call and they found a tech that was Abel (pun intended) to squeeze us in. 20 minutes after my call Able was on our doorstep. 10 minutes later, bam, we were back in business.
Quick response and great service. We ended up signing up for the yearly plan they offer in hopes to catch any issues before they become a problem.

I researched several companies & went with Legacy. Frank my sales guy was good. He didn't over promise anything & pitched everything to me straight. Ross the installer did a great job. Frank and Ross were class acts and knew their business. These people care about their customers.
A few days after my install the thermostat went blank. I checked my breakers but still didn't work. Called Legacy. They had a guy out the same day & this is on the weekend. Service Tech came out. Fixed problem. Gave advice to prevent. Done!
If things persist like this, they have a customer for life.
