Legacy is the BEST HVAC company we have ever used! They have serviced our HVAC system for four years, and installed a new Trane variable speed AC system a little over a year ago, which Travis recommended to address our concern about our noisy a/c system located right outside our bedroom window. Wow, what a difference! The new Trane is so much quieter that we both sleep much better now. Also, our electric bill is lower now, as Travis told us it would be. It also cools the house much better. We just had Legacy install a ""Reme Halo"" UVC disinfecting system on our a/c duct to purify the air supplied to the entire house, and to deactivate mold, pollens, and viruses including COVID-19. We can definitely tell the difference in the air quality in our home as a result. The installation and service coordinator, Katie Phelps, is a joy to work with and always follows up to make sure everything is done to our satisfaction. Katie even found a company for us in Austin with excellent reviews, who installed a Reme Halo UVC system for our son there. That is really ""above and beyond."" Great job, Katie!

Comfort specialist Kurt's H. came to assess my air-conditioner. He immediately found the problem, took the time to explain the systems inner workings and gave me options in how to remedy my issue. Days later, the rest of the team came to install a new unit. They were quick, thorough and cleaned up like they had never been there. Super happy customer. Thank you again.

Updating because my AC started making funny noises after hours so I took a video sent it to Travis via text. He got back to me immediately and diagnosed the problem. He even had some great suggestions for warrantied repairs. Thanks Travis!

Once again, Legacy has saved the day for us! We called to have our 14 year old upstairs air unit serviced. It hadn't been cooling lately, and we were worried this might be the end. Raymond came out, added Freon and determined that it had a slight leak. All is well for the small price of a service call and some coolant. We are so pleased with Legacy. They've installed 3 units for us, in addition to keeping our old ones in top condition. They are always honest and work to offer the most reasonable option. We will never call anyone else! We ended up calling Legacy because we noticed water coming from our outside drain. They were able to come out a day later to assess the situation. Abel was our technician. He arrived at the top of the estimated timeframe. He was very informative answering any and all questions we had. He fixed what needed to be fixed and never not once tried to up sell us on anything that we didn't need which was great and says a lot about him and the company! We did inquire about a sensor for our a/c pan and a device to eliminate air filters. He gave us his knowledge on both and was able to get us a quote. We opted to get both installed. He was able to do our sensor today but someone (hopefully Abel can come back, he was amazing) has to come back in a week because the parts have to be ordered to complete the box.

Our experience was a great one. From scheduling the appointment to have someone come all the way to having the technician come out. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for maintenance or repair to their air conditioning system. 5 star service in our book! Thank you Abel for putting up with two toddlers being in your way while trying to get the job done!! They were super excited to see someone else other than us for the past 8 weeks.

Legacy's employees were friendly and quick to come out to our home. Unfortunately their rewiring of our control board caused issues with the humidistat control board. They never returned my call when I questioned the quote of $550 for the replacement control board. Luckily we found another business that replaced both boards for less than $500.

Amazing experience with these guys. They know what they are doing. Have helped me with a couple properties I manage in New Braunfels area, and all the times they've just killed it! They don't overcharge you or tell you to install a new system, like other companies do. They will be honest with you. This time it was just some burnt wires. The techs know what they are doing, and are always polite. Fair price, excellent service.

We had a new air conditioning unit installed this past week. From the first meeting with Travis to the completion of the job with Octavio and George we were very satisfied. Travis explained in detail the equipment and what type would be best for our home. Otavio and George were courteous, friendly and very efficient. We had some trouble setting up the wi-fi thermostat. We called Travis and he was at the house within 1/2 hour. He had it working in no time at all.
Legacy is everything they say they are. We highly recommend them

My older unit needed to be replaced. Abel was prompt, courteous and friendly. More importantly he gave me options and related his personal experience with his Trane HVAC system and set up the installation. Rick and Ivan showed up on time and had it installed while Abel hung and fixed the ducting. The finished quickly and cleaned up nicely. They all did a good job of showing me how to use the new system. They gave me the certificate of product rating to send in for the rebate. In the 5 days I have used it my room temperatures are more even and the wifi connected thermostat is amazing. I just downloaded an app to connect to phone and an Alexa skill so I can change the temperature verbally from anywhere in earshot of Alexa. Abel called several days later to make sure everything was running well and they will return a couple more times this year to do warranty work. I have had bad experiences with other AC service companies and Legacy is definitely a breath of fresh air. I HIGHLY recommend them.
