We called KRW 5 minutes before they closed as that is when we lost power to the garage and internet. But Ken was so incredibly kind and helpful they came right away! They quickly did the wiring and fixed it. The pricing was fair and I will be calling again for the next few projects I have in mind. I highly recommend them.

10/10 of ten for the rad team at KRW! I was looking to have a Chargepoint Home EV charger installed. I sought out four different bids. I went with KRW and I am so happy I did! Ken was incredibly thorough and explained everything he was doing in great detail. He also offered a fair price, prompt service and - the best part - genuinely a great guy to chat with about life! His assistant Montre did excellent work too! I highly recommend working with them and will call again in a heartbeat when I need a great electrician.

I had a humming noise coming from the breaker box. KRW Services stood out as compared to the rest of the yelp reviews for other companies. I telephoned KRW Services, Ken promptly answered the call. I stated the problem; Ken stated he could come later today or tomorrow morning. I stated that was good for me. I texted my address; Ken confirmed receipt of with an immediate thank you. This reinforced what other people said about Ken. He is very cordial and appreciative. Twenty minutes later, Ken texted me stating he just broke free for a bit, and asked if he could swing by in 20 minutes. I approved. Ken arrived in 17 minutes; I unfortunately was late 15 minutes due an unplanned event. I notified Ken via text that I would be a little tardy; Ken was so understanding; he stated no worries, and he would wait in front of the house. Note. It was over 90 degrees. I felt bad that Ken had to wait in his truck running the air conditioner to keep cool especially with the price of gas. When I met Ken, it was like I had known him for years. I gave Ken background information regarding the problem. Ken listened to everything I shared with him. We walked over to breaker box. Ken opened the breaker box; he proceeded to check the reading for amp and temperature output for all breakers. He verified that pool pump was receiving the correct amperage. Ken concluded that the breaker for the pool pump was running hot, and that is was old and beginning to fail. Ken answered all questions through the process thoroughly. He tightened all the other screws for the wires that led to the other breakers. Over time, he stated, they become loose. Ken proceeded to put the plate back in its place. Ken closed the cover lid, and we proceeded to walk back to his truck. I asked Ken, how much do I owe him? Ken stated, you owe me nothing. I insisted that I pay him something as the times we are in are challenging for a lot of people. Remember, a workman is worthy of his wages. In a nut shell, Ken is warm, friendly, experienced, professional, honest, knowledgeable, a great listener, a man of high integrity, and here is the clincher- KEN LOVES ANIMALS. That solidifies everything for me. Ken, I appreciate you and so do many others. Let me say on behalf of all those people who you have helped. THANK YOU KEN!! You are appreciated by many.

Ken is true salt of the earth. You can keep reading, but the short version is: you've done enough research -- just connect and get KRW out to your place.

Like you, yelper, I know nothing about electricity. I needed to get a Tesla charger installed. I wrote to a handful of highly reviewed electricians here -- Ken responded right away and set a time to come out for a free estimate.

When he came, he and his assistant were professional and easy -- they laid out the options and, by the way, INSTALLED AN EXTERIOR OUTLET for me during the inspection for no charge. They also gracefully tackled a few other electrical questions while I had them captive -- flickering light here, c-wire on the Nest thermostat...

Bottom line -- they came out and took care of everything and were a joy to be around while they did it. And they fixed all the other minor stuff I mentioned (for no additional charge). And followed up later to ask how it was all going. And told me how to use the Tesla charger properly and adjust the settings in the car.

A truck took out the aerial power cable, which caused my power line to arc and toasted my mast and weatherhead and Edison said those had to be replaced.

Responded quick, came on Sunday when most were telling me they couldn't get here until Tuesday or Wednesday... an eternity when you don't have power.

Work was quick, price was good and most importantly was up the same day. Left me some room for future expansion we talked about. Definitely recommended.

Ken changed out some main breakers in our outside electrical box and pointed out a safety issue That needed an upgrade. Ken is the most knowledgeable electrician I think I've met in all my years on the planet. All around reliable nice guy and a real professional who I won't hesitate to call in the future.
