This is simply a review of the owner Ken. He found me struggling to get a few panels in my vehicle at a local hardware store and offered to take them to my house. Out of his kindness. He then proceeded to mention he's off to a job and that he was an electrician. Long story short, he simply offered to take a look at my panel and made a few adjustments that only a pro would be aware of. The simple kindness of one person means a great deal and when it is time for us to make any electrical changes to our home, Ken will be the first I call.

Had KRW come out Monday August 16th, he didn't give me a estimate but said to text him with my name, and address and he would send me out a estimate later that night. It is now Saturday August 21st and I have not received a estimate yet.

Phenomenal service and price!

I contacted KRW because our outdoor wiring and pool light was left not working after an incomplete job was done by another contractor. KRW (Ken) figured out the issue and troubleshot the problem and made it look easy. He also added extra protection for the outlets due to the pool and our kids play area outside. Another electrician gave a quote for a much more complicated and expensive fix, which I'm glad I didn't pursue. Ken was very friendly and did a great job.

Ken, the owner, personally came out to check out my issue. Not only did he show up on time, he quickly diagnosed and explained exactly what he was doing and why.

Needless to say, his simple fix was effective and the great thing, he did it FOR FREE. Hard to find such honest businesses these days, I would gladly recommend Ken and his team for any electrical issues. If I ever have any type of electrical issues, I'm calling KRW Services. You have a customer for life!

Ken is the most knowledgeable, HONEST, and caring contractor in the business. Our air conditioning system is old and stopped working. We had a repair service tell us it was electrical, and they couldn't fix it. Ken came the very same day and discovered a very serious problem with our box and fixed it. Then, we found out we had an electrical problem on the actual a/c unit Ken came back and FIXED THAT! He called to check on us and made sure all our electrical issues were solved. He showed us things that the a/c repair man missed, and even helped us save so much money! If you want honest and accurate service CALL HIM! He's like having a friend in the business.

I don't even know where to start. So I'll start off by saying thank you Ken for your work, expertise and professionalism you showed while fixing the mess I was in.

I'm in the process of upgrading the kitchen in our home and while doing some work I came across some circuits and additions done by previous owners that was an utter mess. They had hots running on neutrals, they've used grey cables to make some connections and pretty much, EVERYTHING was all over the place. Even though I've dealt with a previous electrician (also found here on Yelp) and had a positive experience, I felt like going with Ken based on his reviews and the fact that people had already mentioned same day service.

Well, they're not wrong, I made contact with Ken early in the morning and he was at my house assessing and troubleshooting the job by midday. I watched him use the proper tools to trace each connection and explained to me what needed to be done. He was kind enough to even tell me how to fix it but being a bit exhausted from the kitchen work I've been doing I asked how much he would charge to fix EVERYTHING for me instead. He gave a more than reasonable price and we scheduled the appointment for 10 am the next morning.

10 am in the morning the next day, he showed as promised, got right to work and left all of the connections cleanly installed, I mean we even improvised on 3 outlets, one that needed to come down to lower location, another one that had to be ended and another one that needed to be properly wired for dishwasher use. Guess what, he got it done and didn't mention up price, nothing just got it done as part of the original quote.

We were finally done after a good while and since I am still working on the kitchen, he even left me some additional pieces needed for me to complete the job once I got to it. He was beyond exceptional and thoughtful for doing that.

A couple of days later, I knew one of the gang boxes was old, brittled and crowded so I decided to upgrade the box. well I did all the work and suddenly while using the dishwasher the power to it went out. I texted him and he reminded me to do some troubleshooting on my own and unfortunately it didn't fix the issue, so what does he do next, he comes down same day to troubleshoot the issue for me (ON A SUNDAY) and he charged me nothing for the fix...

Honestly, workmanship like that is hard to come around nowadays. I was left impressed by his work he did at my house, but more than that, I've been left speechless by his generosity. In a world where everything just equates to money, interacting with Ken and his workmanship, was really a breath of fresh air for me during this process.

I am beyond grateful for you Ken! Thanks for everything. See you soon to do those ceiling fans!
