What I liked most was he sensed my urgency and was able to accommodate an in-person viewing of the prospective job site on short notice and he said he would come and he kept his word.

Alex is awesome! Incredibly friendly, punctual, respectful and super reasonable with pricing. I called him to help us paint our nursery, and he arrived promptly the next day. Not only was the whole job was super quick, he also took a lot of care with making sure that the edges of the paint were clean, there was minimal streaking, and the overall paint was evenly done. My husband and I are super happy with the results, and will be sure to call him again when we need help!

Alex was great! He was very communicative, showed up on time and as quick with his work. I needed a bunk bed assembled, hang a wall mount in the kitchen where tile is placed and did not break or crack.

He hung a second mount and even climbed up the roof and helped put up an inflatable.

Aleksei was an amazing handy man! He came to my rescue with a leaking shower that needed caulking within three hours of contacting him, he even made a trip to Home Depot for the right grout that I needed. I hired Alex to fix my mailbox, paint my front door, bathroom walls, and fix a sloppy paint edge in a bedroom that another handyman created.

Alex had the best response time of everyone I contacted. He was willing to charge either by the hour or by the job. Aside from the paint which I supplied, he came with his own equipment.

He worked diligently until the work was done. afterward, his cleanup was thorough. He was able to make sure I was satisfied with the work, and did a few touch ups where needed.

I was very happy with the quality of the work except for the front door. It didn't turn out nicely due to a miscommunication with neither of us at fault, but Alex was willing to meet me halfway: he discounted the work and was also willing to obtain more paint and discount his price to fix it and get it right. Even when we couldn't agree on who said what, he still emphasized that he was glad to have worked with me. Professional.

Be as specific as possible for each part of the project to help misunderstandings. Overall his work is good and I would consider using him again should the need arise.

Kobzon fixed our old front door and repaired a patch next to the wall that had come out. We got other estimates that said they couldn't fix it but Kobzon made everything look as good as new. Highly recommend for any fix it job!
