I just used Alex to fix a broken pocket door, which as many may know can be a pain when something goes wrong inside of the drywall. Alex responded quickly with very reasonable prices, and did a great job in fixing the door. He explained the work that he would have to do in a straightforward manner, which included opening up the drywall and installing stronger screws so that the track would be less likely to detach in the future. He also came back to touch up the frame when my wife requested a specific look that she wanted.

In all, Alex is professional, courteous, straightforward, flexible, and very responsive. We are very happy with the work that he performed, and would definitely use him again for all types of home improvement work.

The one thing that I would mention is that Alex is very good in communicating in English, but may be a tad limited over text (but not in a way that is unclear). I only mention this so that anyone considering his services doesn't hold it against him when obtaining a quote; he is very responsive, and once you begin to engage with him, he will get into detail for your specific situation, and will quickly build comfort on how he will address it in a reasonable and straightforward fashion. Highly recommended!
