I was referred to Brian Kissel by a neighbor - the neighbor had not hired Kissell Electric, so he could not tell me about his work ethic.
Three power outlets in the kitchen went out. My husband tried to take care of the problem, but he could not fix it.
I called Brian on a Sunday morning and he was very helpful. He told my husband what to do and the problem was fixed!
We really appreciate his expertise in helping us solve our problem - and he did this over the phone.
If we ever need any electrical work done we would definitely ask Brian to do this for us, and we will also refer him to friends and family who need his services.

A friend referred me to Brian. I needed some items remounted on my wall and a couple electrical outlets put in. We met on a Saturday and he was able to go grab the required items and finish it the same day. It was quick, and the end product was perfect. Brian is a knowledgeable guy , very personable and his work is great. I looked him up on yelp and all of his reviews speak for themselves. I too agree that he is nothing less than 5 stars. Great work , great business guy. He will get the job done for you.

I just moved into my new place and the movers managed to drill straight into a wire while mounting a tv, knocking out power to 3-4 outlets in my condo. I made a few calls and Brian squeezed me in first thing in the morning (while everyone else told me it would have to wait 4 days or they charge me an urgent fee). I work 3 jobs and was in a pinch, so left him a key and hoped for the best. Super trustworthy and quick. He text me pictures and updates while he was there, locked it up and let me know when he left. I came home to a super clean, re-mounted tv...Wires totally hidden and looking better than it did when it started. Totally happy with it. He also gave me some pointers on good maintenance and talked about some general upgrades I want to do. Based off the pics of the remodels he's worked on, I'll definitely be calling about that in the near future. I already told him he's my new go-to!

Last week my inside house lights kept flickering and while I'm handy around the house, when it comes to electrical items I wasn't sure where to really begin.

I turned to Yelp and found Kissel Electric. Brian responded within a few minutes and guided me through some basic quick checks. In this particular situation I was able to correct the issue myself - no charge.

That kind of fair and honest experience encourages me to post a positive review and find other electrical projects around the house.

In fact, I have at least one project that I will follow through on next month and will post an update or another review. Thanks Brian!

Brian came out very quickly to help me with some buzzing lights and power surges. He's very honest and does not overcharge. Additionally, he didn't charge me anything just for looking at certain problems that we were having, and he did offer the correct and quick fix for those things. These are easy things that I could do myself.

I had him change out our breakers because they were very old. He's the first electrician that has not overcharged us. He is also not pushy at all and knows his job well. I would completely use him again.

I called Brian based on other Yelp! reviews and couldn't be happier! I called at 6:30am and he was here by 9:00am. Came in and moved a gang box over by 5 inches in order to hang my vanity lights in the center of the vanity. Brian laid and taped plastic down everywhere before he started and after moving the box, he plastered and textured the wall to match. He was in and out in 1.5hrs. and charged a reasonable price. Brian is very courteous and not only will I be using him again, but I suggest that anyone needing an electrician use him too!

I wish we found Brian on the front side of our remodeling project! But we are so thankful we found him when we did. He fixed issues that weren't up to spec from our first electrician and he completed a handful of other requests. He shows up on time. He's incredibly knowledgeable and he's even considerate. As I wrote this he's vacuuming up the area he just worked on. So grateful. Will be quick to call him for future jobs!

Well we just had to use Brian to replace the GFI that I melted due to too many Christmas lights and a combination of water in one of the extension cords outside from sprinklers.

Brian was very quick to respond and extremely reasonable in cost, we look forward to using him again to add dedicated outdoor 20 amp outlets for my Christmas lights next year as well as replacing our complete circuit breaker board because it's dated from 1989.

I highly recommend Brian he's easy to deal with and a straight shooter
