Well we just had to use Brian to replace the GFI that I melted due to too many Christmas lights and a combination of water in one of the extension cords outside from sprinklers.

Brian was very quick to respond and extremely reasonable in cost, we look forward to using him again to add dedicated outdoor 20 amp outlets for my Christmas lights next year as well as replacing our complete circuit breaker board because it's dated from 1989.

I highly recommend Brian he's easy to deal with and a straight shooter

He managed to find time to come to my house first thing the next morning on a holiday weekend nevertheless, which was awesome. He was right on time, he got everything fixed very quickly and did a great job and his price was very reasonable. I was installing a new outlet and installed it incorrectly on a late Saturday afternoon. After I flipped the switch in the breaker panel, I heard a loud pop and all of my lights were now out. Contacted Brian to see if he could come out to see what the issue was. Unfortunately he couldn't come out to fix the problem but through a series of calls and texts, he was able to help me diagnose the problem. As I mentioned before, he diagnosed the problem (outlet installed incorrectly and I had to reset my main breaker panel). What a relief it was to have the lights back on! I enjoy doing DIY projects but any future electrical work I will definitely be contacting Brian.

There's a reason these guys are 5-star-rated. I've had two separate situations (both related) that were emergencies (no A/C due to power issues) that Brian helped me with. First one was on a holiday weekend when nobody else was able to help us. Brian offered to contact a local associate and enlist him to help us on our behalf. That saved the day. Then, when we had a similar issue several weeks later, Brian offered to stop by on short notice and take a look at the situation. Very helpful in both cases--again, saved the day--and super friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. Really above-and-beyond stuff. I wouldn't expect that they would be able to maintain this approach, but looking at the other reviews, this is exactly the kind of thing that has consistently distinguished this company. We won't hesitate to call Kissel in the future for any other electrical issues.
