I'm not sure what everyone is complaining about, except price. We just had them connect 3 vent ducts in three bathrooms and install another one in the garage and they did a good job. The technician was efficient on the job.

Just overpriced; $59.95 for an estimate (which is waived if work is done). I received quotes for several jobs I needed, but only let him fix one thing (2 sockets) that was the least expensive; it was $230! he claims it's supposed to be $230 per socket and that he would do both for $230. All prices were in a book he had, but c'mon, the company makes the prices. I won't have them back. I'll shop around now for the more expensive jobs I have.
FYI - They don't take American Express.

If I could give no stars, I would. This company came out on a Sunday when my A/C was not blowing cold air. I was told the wires needed replacing and the coils, inside and out needed cleaning. The service tech came to my house late after telling me he was home ""taking a nap"" and completed the repairs for $635. There was a warranty for 90 days. Today, less than 2 weeks later, I have the same problem. Waited 2 hours for the service tech who was ""finishing his lunch and would be right over"". Once here, the tech went outside and told me that the fan motor was not working, needed a new motor as well as a new blade. The estimate was $630 and they would give me 10% off because they had been here before. When I asked about the price and questioned what brand of motor they were using, the tech became almost hostile. I called two other companies while he was here and found out that the ""universal motor"" was about 1/4 the price I was being quoted. When I asked about the price, the tech told me he was not going to do the repair, put the A/C back together, got in his truck, and left. I called the company and spoke to Lauren and she told me that it was my choice to check with another company for a price on the new motor, that she no longer would do the job or honor my warranty, and that she did not care what kind of review of the company I left. I called another A/C company who was here within 15 minutes and looked at the motor. There was absolutely nothing wrong with any of the parts. The service tech told me that he could not replace the motor or the blades because they were in perfect working condition. He charged me nothing for the service call, and my air conditioning is now running smoothly.

This company ripped us off! They installed the wrong ac unit incorrectly and then told us they were trying to save us money. $8,000+++ ? They were also contracted to install new panel which they failed to reconnect all electrical wires to. They wanted to get paid ASAP and then have tech after tech to tell us they were going to speak to the owner. John the owner is a liar and a cheat. He has office person Lauren front for him. They pulled no permits and even failed to properly ground the new service. I have waited since May for them to fix what we paid them to fix and they have yet to do it. My father is in the business in another state and was visiting while they were working. They took $800 in cash from him to a small amount of work only telling him the cost after it was done.

Use this company at your own risk! Research reviews for these guys. ..they are crooks! My A/C went out in the summer on a weekend so i was desperate for help - the owner himself came over for the service call. He invents a fake problem-tells me done wires are bad and need to be replaced. He Tells me it's going to be $500 and a $200 deposit for the inspection and warms me that after he fixes the electrical issue there may be something else wrong that will need to be fixed. Something seemed real shady about the guy so i called an electrician for a second opinion and it turns out there was nothing wrong with the wires or anything electrical. After getting an honest A/C company out to my place i find out that there is a hole in the frion tank and it needed to be patched and refilled. So this guy checked the ac unit and either the owner of an a/c and electrical business was totally incompetent and didn't notice there was a hole in my EMPTY frion tank. ..or he just decided to invent some electrical issue to charge me for knowing that afterwards I'd still have to pay for the real repair. .. i'll let u decide which it was. In the end i went to the office to complain and get my deposit back and the receptionist threw a fit! She wouldn't talk to me-refused to help- and threatened to call the cops on me ! So that's an example of their customer service. ... use at your own risk! ! These guys should be out of business.

Consumer beware. If you want to get ripped off and pay money to have someone not complete the job this company is for you. The owner John Galina is a con artist. He promises the world to get the job and then under delivers and tries to charge more for the job he originally promised to do. He can't even keep employees we had 3 different employees come to the job because all the previous guys quit. One of his electricians that quit even told me that there tactics is to come in with a low price and then up charge on the work they were supposed to do in the first place. When they are half way done they tell the customers to pay extra for them to finish the job. Bad news

King electric came to my home. They stated that it would be $60 dispatch fee and would give me a flat rate. I needed one outlet installed in my bathroom. They stated it would be 800. I set up and appointment for Friday 9/18/15. I then received a callback from two other companies, one would charge 400 and another 200 for the same work. I called Kings electric to cancel for the following day. They then said I had to pay 400 for the quote plus the 60 dispatch. This ""quote"" merely states ""outlet for tub 20amp breaker"". The electrician was in my home for less than 5 minutes (this includes the time of writing estimate). I was never informed of a cancelation fee, nor of a 400 quote fee. No where on the website does it state anything about these fees nor does it say it on my work order receipt. The company is completely unprofessional and still insists on charging my card 400.00 for driving to my home to which I was told would be 60.00. Complete rip off! DO NOT USE AND LAUREN SHE SHOULD BE FIRED COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL

Overpriced rip off. Paid an embarrassing amount of money to get 2 lights installed. I was on a time crunch and I'm pretty sure they took advantage of it. Their slogan is that they will ""treat you like royalty,"" meaning they'll charge you like one. Please go with someone else.

This company is a ripoff and they exploit the consumer.
They quoted me one price to install a fan and then upped it at their own discretion. $395 to install 1 fan....ridiculous and abusive to the consumer. Plus, they kept my service fee of $59.95 and never even called or wrote me back. I am very upset.
