I have nothing but great things to say about this company. They took on a complicated, technical & dirty job that two other companies refused to do. They gave me a fair price for the work and there were no hidden fees or add-on costs while the job was being completed. Their technicians were professional, timely, knowledgable, and patient and worked at our home over a 3 day span in pouring rain and mud. John the owner called me on a Saturday to answer my questions and concerns and replied to my emails as well. Lauren the office manager returned all of my calls promptly, scheduled all of my appointments the next day, and helped me to trouble shoot when issues came up with my condenser. One of my favorite things about working with this company is that they send you a text message as soon as a technician is headed to your home. The text message included a photo of the tech, his name and some background info on him, as well as their GPS location/tracking and estimated time of arrival. And yes, they do charge a flat rate fee to come out and give you an estimate, however-- that fee is deducted from your total if you choose to have them do the job. I would recommend and use Kings Electrical again.

This company is very improfessional. I would not recommend them to anyone . They tell you they will come out don't show up when they say and never call . Then show up saying they can't do the work because he's going on vacation the next day and that his hotel is already booked . Wasted my whole day!

I usually like to post good things about people. But in this case I have to call out a company that is trying to screw my clients. Kings Electric & AC Company in Coral Springs. Said they would do an electrical inspection for $59.95. Then, today (day of inspection), they called and said it would be $395! RIPOFF!

Called King's Electrical to install a ceiling fan for me. John wore booties as soon as he walked in my house. And covered my furniture in plastic. He was very respectful, asking for permission before he entered any room. There was no electrical box where I needed the ceiling fan, so John ran the wires through the ceiling. Overall, very pleased with the results.

They charge you a consultation without tell you before. They just tell when they arrive there (and they arrived late. After the time they were supposed to be here).

The consultation was almost the price to install the light I wanted.
They give you an over priced service to make you give up of their service and then they charge you the same amount of the work, so they get paid without work.
They wanted to charge me $700 to install a light in my living room (wich usually costs at thhe most $250).
No way I am paying for this.

I usually don't write reviews but I can't express the rage I get when I think about this company. My husband and I work very hard for every penny we have we just don't give money away. Doesn't mean we are cheap either! We needed to upgrade our panel talked with friends to get an idea of price. Nobody paid more than $2000. I call Kings and the technician was very nice he seemed knowledgeable. When he opened the panel he started poking at it. Pulling out appliances poking there taking his time...I'm thinking all this is normal. We talk and than I ask the question....how much $?..... he responds $3000. My jaw dropped !! It dropped because I already assumed it would be under $2000. I tell him impossible and explain to him what I was expecting it to be and he said ""sorry ma'am "". Than he adds that in order for him to find my problem he would have to charge an addl'l $500. At this point I started laughing loud and sarcastically. Now I'm thinking that he just thinks I'm stupid. Than he goes on to explain how they offer loans. ""Hahahaha"" I laugh harder. Than I told hold that how can he charge me $500 to find the problem when all I'm asking is for a panel upgrade?! At this point I said ""get out"". I literally had to tell him to leave 3times. All his prices came from his ""office"". Oh wait, it's gets better. After I shove his $60 in his hands and bid good bye to this rip off company, I visit Home Depot with a in my head. I get a few calls for FREE home estimates and one company comes in and looks at my panel I explain the situation and what happened with Kings and to my surprise this gentleman knew someone at Kings. This guy said they sparked wires at someones home and would make clients change their panels. He called Kings owner, but owner didn't care he explained that electrician was making him $. I'm disgusted. At the end I paid $1500 for panel upgrade! Love my electrician.

We are selling our house and during the inspection a problem was found called ""double tap"" lines. I had no idea what that was and really just wanted it fixed. I called Kings and Phil came over the same day to give me an estimate. For the amount of work that needed to be done is seemed very fair. On Friday he came as promised as well as the office called to confirm the time. He had to draw a line from one side of my house thru my attic and them in to my electric panel. Everything was done perfectly. No issues at all. Super glad I found them and will recommend them to anybody. They saved us.
I would love to see them start to service the area where we are moving. I would already have 3 customers for them. I only wish I had known about them earlier.

""ZERO STAR RATING!!!"" I'm only giving them a star because I'm required to give a rating... I had a faulty light switch in my bedroom which caused me to lose power throughout the room. Kings Electrical came to my house and charged a $59.95 dispatch fee which I was aware of and agreed to pay. When the electrician came to my house he said he would have to unscrew the light switch cover to see what the problem was and that there would be a ""$560.00 diagnostic fee"". Just to unscrew the light switch cover???? That's not even including the cost of what it would be to actually fix the problem. I felt that $560.00 is an incredibly high price just to tell me what the problem is. So basically I paid them $59.95 for nothing. So I called another company that same day. They came to my house, diagnosed the issue, explained and showed me what the problem was and fixed the issue in less than 30 mins and only charged me $100. Wow I almost got ""ripped off by Kings Electrical"". I really hope everyone reads this before they decide to hire Kings Electrical. It is extremely unethical how they conduct business and they are really taking advantage of customers like myself. Fortunately I used my better judgement in this situation. I never leave negative comments about any company but I had to say something about this. Don't get taken advantage of by Kings Electrical. My advice is to shop around, there are other companies who will come to your home for ""FREE"" and tell you what the problem is without charging you anything. Hope this review helps you make a quality decision.

Owner promised job to be complete(he is great talker)-never happened. I called several times and have decided to write review-since Im out my time/$$$. No recourse! He has several businesses all with similar complaints. Consumers beware and do your research! I noticed that they self generate/pay people to writegood reviews. read complaints people are telling truth. I already have someone looking into his credentials.
