Ken Hansen Electric recently serviced our home when an entry way chandelier broke and was hanging merely by the electrical cord from 17 feet above. Ken was quick to respond and arrived to remove it safely so that it could be evaluated to be working correctly. He also took time to answer questions we had about other electrical issues in our home. We were not sure which lightbulbs were needed to replace our current bulbs with LED bulbs so he sent some follow-up texts to show which lightbulbs we would need so we could find them in the store. He was also very patient with my two young children who wanted to watch him work and asked him A LOT of questions. :)

He has given me so many ideas to update my house as well as make it energy efficient.

Hi All! So I lost electricity in my kitchen and part of the dining room wall area. So my fridge had no power and I was losing the freezer quickly! I messaged Ken via Yelp and he responded within minutes and scheduled to come the very next morning. He arrived earlier then scheduled and was professional and had a great colleague, Parker! These two guys quickly solved the problem, went to a local supply electrical store and got the needed materials and FIXED the electrical problem. Did not put a band aid on it, did not make false promises, clearly explained in basic ""I am not an electrician"" language and then FIXED it! I have a working refrigerator and all electrical sockets are working. He did make recommendations on other concerns he saw and encouraged maintenance electrical issues to prevent the crisis I had run into!! That is a great electrician if I do say so myself. I do think his prices are fair and given the emergency situation I had, I was very impressed! I will be his customer for life.

Called up for a simple job, installing a track light and dimmer in a bedroom. He asked me to text details, which I did. He got back to me nearly a week later and gave a reasonable quote. I suggested a day later that week and that is the last I ever heard of him. Five weeks later, I texted him last week that I would be Yelping his lousy business. He did respond to that and just said he'd been busy.

Ken cut out all the BS and told us exactly what we should be fixing. He ended up saving us money and keeping us as a customer for life.

As we started planning out the interior design of our new home, Ken made sure we did the right things at the right time. What needed to be done before painting and what could wait until after the renovation work.

They recommended great replacement products for me, including options I didn't even know existed, all for a fair price. My place now looks (almost) brand new!
