I have been using Ken for a while now and can't imagine using anyone else. He always comes prepared too. There is always a conversation about what needs to be done before he comes over. Essentially, he is ready to go when he shows up. He has the parts in hand because of his great communication. I normally text him pictures of what the problem or installation is so going to look like just in case. I love the fact that he always has someone with him too to help and he is teaching some pretty amazing young people his industry.

We couldn't figure out why three outlets were not working and had trouble shot all ideas we could think of including a tripped GFCI. Ken came out within 2 hours of calling him on a Saturday, and discovered that we had another GFCI behind the water heater. We appreciate him coming right out and for not giving up and discovering the hidden GFCI. Now we know and everything is working again. Professional, thorough and affective.

He also changed out light fitting and made good recommendations for future work once the rehabbing of the property was completed.
