KCD Electric is one of the few honest electricians left. We were quoted a fair price and the work was above and beyond what we wanted. We had a generator plug installed for those California blackout emergency or planned SCE outages and boy did it come in handy. Our house had lights and heat. We had an issue when trying to upgrade light switches and it ended beyond my ability to resolve. Rick came out quickly and was able to diagnose a faulty outdoor plug that was causing the issue. He was thorough and professional and was able to track down the issue despite the rats nest of wires in the box. The outdoor plug powered both low voltage applications like spotlights but also the driveway lights. He installed a new GFCI outlet outside as well as two smart switches that controlled both a patio light and the rest of the outdoor lights. I highly recommend KCD Electric and will use them again for future projects.

I needed to replace my electrical panel mandated by my HOA and it couldn't have gone any smoother. Rick was communicative and knowledgeable, always keeping me in the loop and letting me know what was going on. Because of the way the house was framed he avoided having to cut into the drywall and it looks great. Will be going to him for any future electrical needs, highly recommend!
