I found Kevin on Yelp and he has become my go to electrician. He has done a few projects for our house and rental. He moved some ceiling light fixtures, added exterior lights on our garage, and replaced outlet plugs. Work is clean and done right the first time. He responds to my phone calls and texts quickly, and shows up on time. Once, I had a phone conference at 8:30am and he showed up beforehand, so he would not interrupt my call. He is very reasonable on price, and I appreciate he takes care of small jobs as well as larger projects. I called him out of the blue on a dryer wiring question and he walked me through it on the phone. If you are shopping around on electrical work, put him on your list.

I just wanted to give a quick shoutout to KJ electrical from Hollywood park. I woke up this morning to all my plugs in my bathrooms and my garage not working. So to the extent of my electrical knowledge I flipped the breakers off and on. When that didn't work I called my dad who promptly came over to flip the breaker off and on. With no success, he told me I better call an electrician. Well there goes a few hundred Benjamins out the window, I thought. Well, first the big companies usually only work mon-fri., so if it is a Saturday you are S.O.L. I finally landed on KJ electrical's phone number and gave him a call. He suggested to check the switch itself for the reset button. He also said that if it didn't work then call him back. He could have easily made 45 plus dollars by just making a house call. He knew the problem and helped me over the phone, obviously no charge! I appreciate his help and the next time I have any electrical needs he will be the first I call. Nice to know that there are still good honest people in the service industry!!!

Kevin is a true professional. He's honest, fair, and thorough. After recently purchasing a 1930's home I had a lot of work to be completed. He took the time (on a Saturday, nonetheless) to inspect and provide a realistic approach on how he would tackle the project as if it were his home. Great guy. Friendly service. After a short circuit in the house, we had a problem with a few lights in a few rooms not turning on.

I decided to go here on Yelp and out of the three 5 star rated electricians from a simple 'electricians in elk grove/sacramento' search, I decided to go with Kevin for this job.

I called him earlier in the day and after finishing up his other job, he immediately came to my house on the same day. After about 25-40 minutes upon arrival, the job was done professionally and now our lights work again.

As everyone here has said, he is very honest and professional with his work while being friendly and very fun to converse with.

If you are looking for someone to fix any electrical issues on your property, I would highly recommend Kevin here for honest reasonably priced high quality work!

Kevin has performed a lot of work on our new home which we are remodeling. He has fixed existing wiring, performed the demo of the kitchen wiring and installed a lot of new odds & ends in existing rooms. From new construction wiring, main panel rebuilding and all sorts of simple to complex. He is always friendly, on time, consistent, clean and affordable. The few times odd things have arisen after his work he immediately returns free of charge to trouble shoot and make sure everything is safe and functional. The last problem turned out to be a problem with the SMUD connection at the pole that he correctly diagnosed. After calling SMUD the whole house was back to normal. Next time you have a job give Kevin a call and feel safe that the money will be well spent for a job done correctly.

When choosing a contractor for a project, it can't be understated that you need to get someone who is honest, and knowledgable. I always recommend Kevin for this reason. I am a contractor myself, and my reputation means everything. I never would consider recommending someone to one of my clients who doesn't hold the same high standards and values as I do.

I've recommended Kevin over and over again, and on more than a few occasions I've gotten emails in return from my clients thanking me for the referral. Finding honest people in the trades can be a serious problem, so many contractors just want to get their hands on your money, and move on.
