The year 1981 saw the merger of K-bar Electric, under Kenneth Bryant, and Texas Electric, managed by Delbert Barry, forming K-bar Texas Electric Inc.. Donny Barry began overseeing operations in 1997 and became the owner in 2001 following his father's death. Initially, the company focused on oilfield electrical services. Over time, we expanded into commercial construction, residential services, and hydrovac excavation.

Since 1980, the business has remained in the family. I took on a management role for the owners in 1997. I then purchased the company in 2001. Since then, we have experienced continuous growth.
