In 1981, K-bar Electric (Kenneth Bryant) and Texas Electric (Delbert Barry) united to create K-bar Texas Electric Inc.. Donny Barry began overseeing operations in 1997 and became the owner in 2001 following his father's death. Initially, the company focused on oilfield electrical services. As the years passed, we diversified into commercial projects, home services, and hydrovac excavation.

Since 1980, the business has remained in the family. In 1997, I started overseeing operations for the owners. I then purchased the company in 2001. Since then, we have experienced continuous growth.
