I found Juan on Yelp and I also had him recommended by a friend. He did a great job for our kitchen remodel, got rid of my old tile floor and put in new laminate flooring. Juan is always responsive to phone calls, he shows up on time and doesn't hesitate to work on weekends to make the deadline he set for himself. His guys are nice, friendly and leave things clean. I don't usually write that many reviews, but Juan deserves one. Highly recommended handyman !!

I found Juan on Yelp (thank you, fellow yelpers!) to fix a faulty bathroom door. Juan arrived promptly on time as promised, was completely respectful and HONEST to the point of disbelief!!! I am so amazed and relieved to see that honesty still exists in the service industry. I am definitely calling Juan to fix anything in my home and will recommend him to all my friends. I would give him more than a 5-star rating if I could.

I chose Juan over three other bids, primarily for price, but also because of his great reviews on Yelp! He remodeled our small bathroom (new marble tile floor and shower walls, new tub, toilet, lighting, fan, hardware) in just over a week. He and his crew, especially his tile guys, did a great job!

He gave a verbal quote after looking at the bathroom and my list of things i wanted done. In the end, I paid exactly what he quoted plus receipts for items he had to purchase on his own.

He's busy, so exact start times in the mornings are whenever, but he'll call you if he's running late, so all good.

The best part about using Juan and his crew is that they're a really nice guys, and are always polite. I've even made breakfast for the crew a few times.

Now I want him to do our kitchen!

We hired Juan and his team to paint our school as well as do some repairs to our stairs. Juan did an outstanding job on all the tasks. He is very professional, punctual and neat. We have hired many contractors over the years but Juan is definitely one of our all time best. You will never regret hiring Juan and his team.

I've seen what Juan has done to Helen F's place....and I was really impressed! I didn't need Juan for remodeling but needed him for simple jobs around the house.

Juan is responsive to phone calls and does a great job. I agree with Cindy C, our glowing Yelp reviews will keep him and his team very busy but that won't deter me from calling him for future projects.

Juan's pretty amazing.

I was at Helen F.'s new house and complimenting her on the great remodeling job, and, next thing I knew, I was getting my house painted (exterior). He used high quality paint and his team showed knowledge and skills. Oh, and he was priced reasonably.

Juan's team did a great job. They were on time and accommodating. Not really sure if I want to be writing this review since it'll only make him more busy, and possibly harder for me to book! I'm already thinking of the next project, and will definitely update this review when I do!

I told you we would use him again!! New shower tile needed new floor tile.
Called Juan and got our quote. We agreed with his more than fair price on a Friday and he was there on time Monday morning to start demo. He did another great job and we couldn't be more pleased. Workmanship is good. Home was left clean. Even our non social little dog was friends with Juan by the end. Reliable and good work!

My wife and I had Juan and Enrique come over to install baseboards through our house. The experience was excellent and I look forward to working with Juan again soon.

He was on time, did a great job, and was very friendly. Juan brought all of his own materials (including the baseboards I ordered over in Millbrae) and was done in a single day. Everything was totally clean when he left and the house looks great.
