I called Juan last week to see about installing a bathroom fan and light. He said he could over that afternoon and gave me a preliminary quote over the phone. Juan arrived with his co-worker and promptly completed the job, and at a reasonable price. The fan was difficult to install but Juan figured it out. My wife and I had tried but found the working space to be too tight for our skills. This is the second job we have call Juan to work on and have been very pleased with his work.

Juan Carlos and his team recently did a full bathroom remodel for us and did a fantastic job. We had subway tiles on the walls, tiles on the floor, new plumbing, lights, new vanity, toilet, vanity shelf, and paint, and everything looks great. Count me as another happy customer. I walked Juan through my long list of items, and he was very up front about which ones he was qualified to do well (repairing a tree house) and which ones needed a specialist (installing a new garage door opener).

He would notify me via email what days he was going to come, he purchased his own materials and provided me with receipts for everything. He gave good estimates and stuck to them. The work was high quality and fairly priced. He even came out several times to finish a job without charging me extra, even when it was my fault that I didn't buy enough materials to finish it.

I can't recommend him highly enough. It really makes me happy to see somebody take such pride in his work.

I just completed a complete bathroom remodel, and hired Juan's company to do it based on the positive reviews I read on Yelp. All I can say is that I have never been so impressed with a contractor as I am with Juan. He is honest, hard working, competitively priced, and his attention to detail is off the charts!!! . Juan has a great crew that does all the work. He does not subcontract any of his work. He will even go ""beyond the call of duty"" and pick up your tile, or make Home Depot runs on your behalf.
