Juan did a great job retiling our bathrooms and replacing our toilets. He was professional, neat, and efficient, and he finished ahead of schedule and with high quality. Most importantly, Juan was courteous and trustworthy, and I would recommend him for any general repair or remodeling work.

A unique story. Juan arrived on time, wore shoe covers and took a look at my faucet problem. Spent about 30 mins to try to trouble shoot the problem and concluded that I would need a new faucet base, which I could not readily buy.

He charged me very minimal since he could not fix it. I appreciated that and I will call on him again.

What makes Juan a good find is that he is honest and has a very reasonable hourly rate. He showed up when he said he would each time, explained what he intended to do and then did it. No surprises. Another bonus for me is that he doesn't mind how big or small the job is. He will work with you no matter what you need done and he knows how to do a lot. He is popular so call in advance!

Finally!1 I have been living in San Mateo for 7 years and have had difficulty finding a handyman who is willing to do anything from the smallest job to bigger ones. Juan is extremely polite, on time and very reasonable. I will certainly call Juan for any jobs I have as he is #1 in my book.

I called Juan about repairing my damaged garage ceiling (from a leak) and he arrived very quickly to take a look. He gave me a quote and a time frame as to when he can show up and fix the ceiling. He arrived on time and finished the work quickly. He was very professional and his quote for the fix was very fair. I will recommend Juan to anyone needing some quick repair work.

I called Juan about a month ago he came over and we did a walk-thru for a few things but both he and I got busy, I with moving etc. and he was doing a job out of town. Juan and I were finally able to coordinate a suitable time for replacing 3 toilets. He was on time, and between him and another gentleman to help, it took them about 2 1/2 hours. He is very quick to think, no drama, honest with competitive pricing (I did not ask for my $20 discount/ promotion perhaps on my next project :-).

I did real estate for many years before retiring and have hired many people to work on my properties over the years. Juan Carlos is one of the best non contractor people I have ever had and actually better than some contractors who, as you all know , can rip you off for very high prices. In particular he was refreshingly fast and well organized. He was fairly priced.

I needed my laundry room to be remodeled. This included dry wall work and quite complicated plumbing. Before the job was started, Juan talked about what was possible and and gave realistic ideas about what could be done.. The end result was beautiful, with wonderful attention to detail. Juan was professional, efficient , quick, and just an all round nice charming guy.
Because of his attention to detail in my laundry room i also had him do some work on my hardwood floor , and i was equally impressed with his work.
