I was referred to Juan by a friend who has been using his services for years, and is very happy with every repair or upgrade he has done to her home. He was able to make a home visit (San Francisco) the day after I contacted him, he arrived on time, and quickly repaired the closet hamper problem I had. He was professional, honest, and creative about finding a solution to the problem. He offers competitive prices, does quality work, cleaned up after
he had finished the repair, all in less than 20 minutes! I plan to use Juan's services again in the future!!!

I just completed a complete bathroom remodel, and hired Juan's company to do it based on the positive reviews I read on Yelp. All I can say is that I have never been so impressed with a contractor as I am with Juan. He is honest, hard working, competitively priced, and his attention to detail is off the charts!!! . Juan has a great crew that does all the work. He does not subcontract any of his work. He will even go ""beyond the call of duty"" and pick up your tile, or make Home Depot runs on your behalf.
I am so glad that I found Juan!! I wil use him everytime a need arises. When it comes to finding a good handyman/contractor, it's usually ""hit or miss."" With Juan, I found a ""diamond in the rough.""

We needed a new garbage disposal. The plumber wanted to charge an arm and a leg and the other arm and leg. Phooey, I sez, we need a handyman. Thank you, Yelp, for helping us find Juan Carlos who answers his phone immediately. We set up a date. He comes out on a Sunday, takes one look at the old machine, picks up a new one and installs it; the entire transaction takes all of an hour and seven minutes. The cost? The disposal and installation fee cost 30% of what the plumber quoted. And it works. And he didn't make a mess. And he's a really nice guy. And we'll hire him again. In a heartbeat.

Juan helped get our house in San Mateo ready to put on the market. He and his crew were amazing. They beautifully remodeled an entire bathroom, floor to ceiling. They repaired windows, put up drywall, textured, painted, updated plumbing in various parts of the house and replaced most of our interior doors . We were working under a tight deadline and he was very accommodating, even working on weekends to complete our project. He was great about going to pick up big items that I had ordered at the store. Juan stands by his work. If something isn't quite right he will come back and repair it. I found him to be honest, fair and hardworking. In addition, he is familiar with building code requirements. We plan to have Juan do some remodeling in our new home. We highly recommend him.

I found Juan on Yelp and I also had him recommended by a friend. He did a great job for our kitchen remodel, got rid of my old tile floor and put in new laminate flooring. Juan is always responsive to phone calls, he shows up on time and doesn't hesitate to work on weekends to make the deadline he set for himself. His guys are nice, friendly and leave things clean. I don't usually write that many reviews, but Juan deserves one. Highly recommended handyman !!

I found Juan on Yelp (thank you, fellow yelpers!) to fix a faulty bathroom door. Juan arrived promptly on time as promised, was completely respectful and HONEST to the point of disbelief!!! I am so amazed and relieved to see that honesty still exists in the service industry. I am definitely calling Juan to fix anything in my home and will recommend him to all my friends. I would give him more than a 5-star rating if I could.

I chose Juan over three other bids, primarily for price, but also because of his great reviews on Yelp! He remodeled our small bathroom (new marble tile floor and shower walls, new tub, toilet, lighting, fan, hardware) in just over a week. He and his crew, especially his tile guys, did a great job!

He gave a verbal quote after looking at the bathroom and my list of things i wanted done. In the end, I paid exactly what he quoted plus receipts for items he had to purchase on his own.

He's busy, so exact start times in the mornings are whenever, but he'll call you if he's running late, so all good.

The best part about using Juan and his crew is that they're a really nice guys, and are always polite. I've even made breakfast for the crew a few times.

Now I want him to do our kitchen!

We hired Juan and his team to paint our school as well as do some repairs to our stairs. Juan did an outstanding job on all the tasks. He is very professional, punctual and neat. We have hired many contractors over the years but Juan is definitely one of our all time best. You will never regret hiring Juan and his team.

I've seen what Juan has done to Helen F's place....and I was really impressed! I didn't need Juan for remodeling but needed him for simple jobs around the house.

Juan is responsive to phone calls and does a great job. I agree with Cindy C, our glowing Yelp reviews will keep him and his team very busy but that won't deter me from calling him for future projects.
