After researching someone who could repair my ceiling fan, I found Sunny of J&R Services. He was efficient, professional and reasonable. After diagnosing the problem, he found he needed additional parts. Most would make plans to return after procuring the parts. Sunny left to get the parts, returned and completed the repair. I requested a quote from Yelp and he responded within a few minutes + scheduled the very next day. He came in prepared with custom tinted primer for my bathroom color. He said he needed more coats as the paint I had here wasn't the best, but he stayed overtime and completed multiple extra coats to cover the original color. The result is perfect and I'm very happy with how it looks now. So, he is professional, flexible and he doesn't leave until the job is perfect. I learned he also provide electric and plumbing services so I'm sure I'll see him soon!

All the great reviews are thoroughly deserved! Sunny is a true gem. He installed our fan, and when there were issues with the number of screws (Amazon ugh), he went to Home Depot and got everything needed. He also replaced our light fixture and aging drywall in the attic when he found problems during the installation. He was very meticulous and thoughtful, and showed us all receipts. We are delighted with his work and will definitely be using his services again! His rates are super reasonable and he has great communication.

Sunny did a great job painting our front gate and at a very fair price. He prepped the wrought iron gate well and made sure the surrounding areas were protected from paint. The gate has never looked better. I couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Sunny and don't do many reviews. I had painting done a few years ago and did not vet the painter and was not happy with the work and put off hiring someone to correct it.
Sunny came over and explained what was needed and handled everything. Sunny is a top notch professional. If I could add more stars I would. Sunny is an expert and I highly recommend and appreciate his work. Repaired a hole and patches in the drywall. Took time and meticulously fixed imperfections and you can see the results. Sunny has done multiple jobs for us including painting and helping with other tasks such as hanging a large mirror, mounting a tv and switching out hardware in our bathrooms. Sunny is reliable and does a great job. His paint work is high quality and very reasonably priced.
