I wish I could leave Sunny 10 5 star reviews. That's what he deserves. Originally, we hired Sunny (he beat 5 other company's quotes) to paint the entirety of our interior. Along the way, we had him change every light and fan fixture in the house to LEDs and new fans. Additionally, he added 6 lights in the living room.

The meticulous detail to his work was what blew me away. The first day I come in, they had already put down contractor paper on the entirety of the floors. Taped walls and plastic on windows. Since I expanded the scope of the job substantially once I realized on diligent and efficient Sunny was, he finished everything in about 2 weeks. Way sooner than most other companies would have. Yet even at the end, when other people may want to jump to other jobs, he came in and asked if there are any areas that needed touch ups (there weren't). He wasn't going to leave until I was satisfied, and satisfied I was. His prices are competitive, he got all of the supplies and kept receipts, and did a marvelous job. I will use him again when we need electric or painting work done. Thanks again Sunny!

Sunny is a one-man dynamo. I had a long list of miscellaneous repair projects (doors not latching, broken locks, loose kitchen vent, etc.) and Sunny was able to deal with all of them no sweat. He made sure to ask Qs and completely understand my desired result on each project. Sunny was also very thorough in recommending an approach and showing me the source of the problem and what he fixed.

His pricing is fair and transparent. He was lightning quick with responses to my Qs. He was also honest in telling me what kinds of projects did not fit his expertise.

Sunny is going to be my go-to person for handiwork and household repairs.
