I had an issue with our bathroom light switch - either the switch had gone bad or there was a wiring issue, and I wanted to get someone out quickly to take a look. I was going to call a bigger electrical contractor, but at the last minute, decided to call David since he was local. David was easy to talk to, and showed up the same day in the evening. He diagnosed the problem as a bad switch, and replaced the switch to my satisfaction. I have asked him to give me a quote for putting in 2 recessed lights in our bathroom as well. He only charged me for his 30 minutes. Definitely recommended.

WOW! David took my call and was at my house in 15 minutes. My dryer didn't work and the outlet where the koi pond pump plugs in was charred. He was great at telling me electrical at the dryer site was fine that it was the dryer itself that was faulty. A new GFI and cover was replaced at the koi pond. He understood that without the air pump & waterfalls that there's no oxygen in the water and the fish would have died. He's an animal lover in addition to a great electrician.

Yelp came through again! My 89 year-old mother needed an electrician. I, as always, got on Yelp and found David and Electrical Residential Services. He is everything everyone else that's reviewed him has said. Best price, knowledgeable, honest, nice, clean, friendly....

She had a little problem the following day and David came back within a relatively short time (in the middle of his day) and fixed it for nothing.

If you have a senior that needs someone ""safe"", David is that person. My mom felt perfectly comfortable with him by herself (which is not always the case) when he came back.

From now on, David and Electrical Residential Services, will be our electrician to go to!!

My father is an owner of a construction company and his employee have been booked and I had to install 16 recessed LED lights, upgrade an additional 6 plus convert light switches within the house.

David was vey professional and had a quote back to me within hours. Showed up on time and explained the process and even went material shopping with me. Him and his team did a great job and had the job completed within a day and a half. We are going to use him again for our bathroom re model!

This review is long overdue. We used David on two separate instances and he was wonderful. His price was very reasonable and he was incredibly professional and honest. It is refreshing to work with someone that has these qualities and I would definitely call David first anytime we have electrical needs. He actually saved us, as we had a dead plug in our garage (when we bought the house we didn't know this) and needed a plug for our dryer that same day. He made it happen even though it was a little complicated. The second instance was that our outdoor plug didn't work. He fixed that as well and always explained our options in both instances.

I really can't speak more highly about David's services as he is all around great! Did I mention he is punctual, communicative, and straight forward.

I am in the midst of a home remodel and I needed an electrician for recessed lighting, new switches, and some other extras. I found Electrical Residential Services on Yelp and since the reviews were stellar, I decided to give them a shot.

All I can say is ""wow"", David the owner is a great guy. He is trustworthy, timely, budget conscious, and goes the extra mile for the customer. For example, David never complaint or made a face when I asked him to re-position some of the recessed lights he had already installed. David takes customer service to a new level. My wife and I are extremely happy with his work and we will make sure to recommend him to friends and family.
