We had an electrical failure on a Saturday morning which couldn't be resolved by resetting the GFI or the fuse box. David arrived at our house within an hour of my call and started the troubleshooting right away. He was clear up front of his charge for diagnostic spent several hours there on a Saturday until he figured out the problem and fixed it. We were very grateful as we had lost power to the fridge as well as other lights and the garage door. David was thorough and did the job the right way. I needed a bathroom fan replaced with one slightly different and a recessed light added in the shower area. They were available in the time frame I hoped to get it done, got what I needed done, and this was back in October, everything is still working perfectly as expected. Turns out, original bathroom fan vent through the roof was not installed correctly, they brought new vent hose and hooked it up right, and so it's better than ever. My husband and I are DIY people, but if we found a project over our heads again, we'd call David.

I was SO impressed by my entire experience with David -- not only did he answer his phone, but came over promptly (and it's not as if he doesn't have tons of business -- he got about 50 calls while he was at my house!). He went to the store and picked out the lighting parts we needed (other electricians told ME to go do it), sent me pictures of his choices, and had our landscape lighting repaired that day. I had purchased a Bluetooth Wall Switch for our family room and ran into issues with a self install. I had made an appointment with a recommended electrician, but he canceled the morning he was supposed to come out. I jumped on Yelp and decided to give Electrical Residential Services a call based on the reviews. David was able to come to our house the next day! David and his co-worker were able to figure out the wiring and had everything working. They were so polite and tidy! I will recommend David to anyone who is looking for electrical services.

I really take pleasure writing a 5 star review when we receive outstanding service, especially in our home.

Right away David discovered BURNED wired in the wall in our bedroom behind the switch plate. OMG, we're so lucky that we didn't have a fire! You could look in and see there had been a fire that had obviously burned itself out.

He replaced the wires and made a neat plate where he had to replace more in the wall.

We're very grateful that he came out past regular hours and made our place home again.

We gave him a tip for, well, everything!
