Josh was very responsive over Yelp messages. He was able to answer my questions about the type of equipment I wanted to replace my failed safety cutoff switch. I chatted with him while he worked and he was personable and didn't seem to mind talking with me. Our discussion reassured me that he knew exactly what he was doing. I would certainly use Josh and JPS again. His pricing was fair.

SUPER pleased with this company! I received a quick response with a ballpark estimate on an outlet move in our bathroom. Josh came out within a few hours, moved the outlet, replaced the outlet with a new GFCI one and charged me exactly what he estimated. I will definitely be calling again for our electrical needs.

First, they tried to help me by phone, so I wouldn't even need to hire them, which I really appreciated. Then they were very responsive and able to come fairly quickly. At my home they solved all my problems quickly and effectively. The price was reasonable and overall I was very happy.

Pete came and looked at my project same day, gave me a very reasonable project estimate (half of another company's estimate), and also gave some good advice for a room fan. They scheduled me for 2 weeks later and completed my recessed lighting project in less than 3 hours. The lights look great and were a perfect solution for my dark living room! In February 2022 I needed a few breakers replaced on my panel - I called in the morning and they were at my house that afternoon to complete the job. They were quick, professional, and did a great job at a great price. Most recently, I called about another problem, tracing down an electrical short that. Once again, they responded quickly and got the job done in less than a half hour!

Josh is great to work with, he knows his trade well, and gives great customer service. I highly recommend Josh and his company. Five stars!!!

JPS Electrical Solutions is one of the best sub contractors that I have ever dealt with. They showed up early and began their due diligence to locate the problem. They very quickly isolated the issue and fixed it within 15 minutes. I felt like their approach to solving the issue was very thorough and timely. I had called Powers Electrical out to look at the same problem the day before and found them to be ""rip off artist"". Without even doing any real due diligence they tried to quote me a price of $2,850.00 that was completely out of line for the repair. JPS solutions price was greater than a $2,000.00 savings.
Thanks to Josh and Pete for their timely repair and treating me like a customer should be treated. I would highly recommend JPS Electric.
