Found Frank on Yelp... based on his perfect reviews and past customers raving about his work. He definitely did not disappoint. He responded very quickly for an estimate on some recessed light installation for our bedroom. It was a small job but Frank quoted a very fair price and scheduled the work to be done a few days later. He did an awesome professional install without having to cut into my walls to fish the electrical wires. I highly recommend Frank for your needs... he is honest and a very nice individual that does great work. He will be my go to for any needs that I can't handle on my own. Thank you Frank!

several jobs for me not only on my commercial buildings but also does my personal home. Frank is a true craftsman he really does beautiful work and is versed in all aspects of construction. i would not hesitate to recommend Frank to any of my friends. He is always on time, courteous and fair.

I was referred to Frank La Rosa by my new landlady who spoke very highly of him. She told me if I ever needed anything at all fixed in the home I was renting from her...Frank is the guy to call. I first met Frank when he was painting the rental I was about to move into. He was really nice and seemed to know how to fix pretty much everything. He did an amazing job painting the downstairs area- truly, the paint job was terrific. There were a few other fixes that needed to be taken care of as well, a dripping sink upstairs, a shower head that leaked and spurted water right into my face (that was fun!) and a drawer that had the front board pull right off and needed to be glued and repaired properly, a chandelier that needed to be raised and have electrical wires hidden in the ceiling and getting my sliding doors to slide properly again. Frank took care of everything. He fixed it all and even told me about places to go in the neighborhood since I had just moved. He also told me he is an Electrical and General Contractor. (License # 510292) I could tell he had been fixing things a long time, he was like my dad in that he can tackle a problem and fix it. A great handyman. I had a big clunky storage unit on my back patio and Frank was kind enough to offer to completely dismantle it for me so I could get rid of it-and make more room for my furniture on the patio. So grateful for that! I could finally move furniture out there and use it as more living space.

I feel very lucky to meet someone like Frank who can handle any job, who brings experience to the jobs he does-years of experience -and who proved he is a reliable, trustworthy guy who won't overcharge or take advantage of anyone.

Frank has great service, is very knowledgeable and doesn't try to price gouge you. I needed to replace the electrical connecting my pool light and Frank was the only one to offer some advice over the phone. My experience with contractors is they prep you with the ""sky is falling"" scenario so when they quote you an obscene price you're suppose to be good with it. It's definitely refreshing to find an honest professional like Frank.
He even asked me to text him pictures of the proposed job and then he actually stopped by and didn't charge a service fee. He ended up starting the job the next morning and all the lines and switches look great.

Frank has been our go-to guy for all our electrical upgrades for the past 6 years. He wired our house with cat6, he installed recess cans throughout, installed all our light fixtures inside and out, did our landscape lighting, and he installed the plug for our Tesla! There is nothing more daunting than being new to an area and having to find a contractor. All I can say is thank goodness we found Frank! We were experiencing sudden flickering of lights in our bathroom, then suddenly no lights at all. After reading Frank's reviews, we called him right away and turned the circuit breaker off for safety. Needless to say, Frank was a life saver . . . literally! After methodically assessing the situation, Frank found a burned wire when he removed an outlet from the wall . . . this explained the ""pop"" we heard when our lights went out. Frank safely swapped out the outlet, checked the remainder of outlets and switches, and finished the job. But he wasn't finished there! Our neighbor happened to be over and mentioned the fact that she was having a difficult time unscrewing a ceiling light fixture in order to change a bulb. Well, Frank went right over to her house and spent at least ten minutes fixing her fixture . . . at no charge! Incredible! Thankfully Frank left us with plenty of cards to hand out to our neighbors. As is proven here, Frank was prompt, courteous, professional, and went above and beyond for us. For this we are grateful, and would HIGHLY recommend his services. A great experience for a pair of newcomers! Once again, thank you Frank!

We recently moved to Agoura and found Frank's contact on Yelp. Frank Helped installing the charging station for our electric car and also did electric wiring work in the wall. We had both times a very pleasant experience. He was very professional, fast and very reasonably priced. I am planing to use his services in the future and would definitely recommend him.
