We called Frank after another electrician made us wait 2 weeks for him and flaked out last minute. Our daughter was waiting during that time for her chandelier to be hung. Needless to say, we were super disappointed. When I told Frank about what happened, he made time in his busy schedule to squeeze us in last minute!! We were losing power to our home and contacted So Cal Edison. They responded and checked the problem. They told us what the issue was and that an electrican was required. It was an owner responsibility. I called Frank on a Sunday and he arrived within 30 mins. The work was fast and professional. However, the price was fair! He is an old school craftsman. We agreed on the price and then he did what needed to be done. He did a good job. He is also a general contractor and so was able to give us estimates on two other non-electrical jobs. Frank came out to the house within 30 mins of my call and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. There was no obvious reason for the

Over the course of 15 years of home ownership, I've called on different electricians. Never found anyone who I fully felt comfortable working with (they were either flakes, did a mediocre job, or patronized me).

After a frustrating search for an electrician to install recessed lights in a spare bedroom (no shows, no call backs, etc.), the stars aligned and I met Frank from Jonathan Electric.

Frank's prices are highly competitive and he did a great job installing the lights. (We've had electricians that pulled out half our ceiling when putting in lights; Frank was very precise. He is also tidy and left very little evidence of his hard work after he was done.)

I also like that Frank personally came out and did the work himself. (We've used companies in the past where the owner comes out and gives a bid but sends underlings to do the job (with poor results).) He is also very communicative (reminder and follow up calls/texts) which is another reflection on his professionalism. Frank is a local, small business owner and his work and attitude shows his pride in his craft.

If you are looking for an honest, hardworking, and, an overall, nice and highly capable electrician, look no further. Frank at Jonathan Electric is your guy.

Frank LaRosa is not only professional but an extremely friendly and personable individual. He does quality work and is very reliable, making sure to stay in contact with us at all times. He not only successfully replaced several fixtures for the entry way and dining room, he also creatively made adjustments to a slightly inferior fixture that we almost sent back.
