I had an issue with several outlets not working. I reset the breakers, but still wasn't working. Called Johnathon Brown Electric because of the good reviews. Ethan came out same day. He was very polite and professional. He looked everything over and then said it would be $249 for diagnostic. I even asked him on the side, that it's not some stupid simple fix and he said he didn't see anything. After working on it for a few minutes, he let me know everything is working. Basically, the GFCI switch was in the upstairs bathroom. While he did replace it, it was not really necessary. Super bummed that I paid $249 for such a simple fix.

They came promptly, were professional, and changed out a circuit breaker and 2 GFIs. I felt the price was in line with high prices these days for electricians. They did not correct my issue first visit, but came back a few days later to correct the thing causing my breaker to cut off (my doorbell). I would recommend them.

In my opinion, any electrical issues is an emergency and that's just how Johnathon Brown Electric, LLC reacted just that way. An hour after my call, Wyatt called me and said he was 10 minutes out! Wyatt was very polite and explained things as he went along. I was impressed with his professionalism. And once he got to point that things weren't progressing, he called in for reinforcements, Steve Goheen. Together they resolved the problem quickly. I highly recommend Johnathon Brown Electric!

Steve from this company came out last week after a thunderstorm wrecked some havoc on our system. A timely appointment was easily made, Steve arrived on time and was very personable yet professional. He was patient when I asked obvious questions and put electrical terms into layman's terms for me. Several quotes had been requested, but these guys were on their game with not just responding, but with detailed action-oriented responses compared to competitors. We got scheduled quickly and efficiently, and when their guys came they gave us a ping as requested prior to arrival.

The outlets in my master bath weren't working so I gave them a call. Steve and his co-worker, Ethan, came out this morning to check things out. They were extremely polite and friendly and were very thorough in trying to determine what the problem was. After looking at just about every outlet in the house, they found that a GFI outlet in the spare bath was malfunctioning so they replaced it. When that didn't solve the problem, they pulled the other outlet in that bathroom and it was MELTED under the cover plate!! It could have caused a fire and they found it before something terrible could have and most likely would have happened at some point. I'm so grateful for their thoroughness!! And they didn't charge a small fortune to find and fix the problem. I highly recommend these guys!
