Jonathon did several items for me with amazing and timely results. He replaced all the outlets in my home from almond to white, replaced two ceiling fans and installed a new ceiling fan in a room that had no wiring or attic. The work is A+, price was fair and the professionalism is the best in the industry. I have had other contractors recently come work on things and Johnathon and his team are leaps above the rest. I highly recommend!

Great service from Johnathon and his team. I was impressed by the receptionist, who,tried to help over the phone by suggesting to try resetting GFI breakers to correct the problem. Will definitely use them again.

I had Johnathon Brown do a repair job at my previous property in Pineville, NC. The electrician was courteous, professional, & explained everything well. Being impressed with that experience, I asked them to quote a much more extensive job at my new property in Charlotte. They came out two weeks ago & said they'd have a quote for me at the beginning of the following week. After not hearing from them, I called the following Friday for a status, and they said they'd get it out to me. Never heard back, so I called them again the following Wednesday - again no response. I am quite disappointed in the lack of communication.

Update -
The company apologized for the lack of communication. Johnathon Brown himself came out to gather more information; apparently the original electrician did not get everything needed. He was thorough in explaining all the known & potential challenges for the work that I desire. Hopefully I will get the actual estimate soon, but a decent service recovery effort so far.

I had service tech Devon out today to install a ceiling fan in my guest room. He provided excellent service from start to finish. The price I paid was also less than any other quotes I had received. I will definitely call Johnathon Brown again for my electrical needs in the future. I highly recommend them!

Jonathan Brown installed a whole house surge protector and two wired, light timers. IMHO, Mr. Brown did an outstanding job. He was on time, explained everything he was about to do, gave me options as to what I wanted, gave me his professional opinion about the best choice but left the decision up to me and gave me an estimate before doing the work. He was very friendly, professional, wore shoe covers and a mask, knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend him and plan to hire him again for future electrical work.

I have wanted recessed lights in my home for sometime now. I asked around and Johnathan Brown Electric was recommended to me. I called and set up an appointment for one of their electricians to come out and take a look. The receptionist that answered the phone was polite and friendly! The day before my in-home estimate they emailed to remind me of the appointment. Good communication on their part!
Matthew arrived well within the 2 hour window they had given me. He was also very friendly, professional and polite. After our walkthrough and his recommendations I decided to move forward with the Price he Quoted and he was able to do the installation right then and their! I was very pleased with this and it absolutely met my expectations!
I will mention that because of an old light fixture that was originally placed above my Kitchen sink at the time my home was built there is still a little bit of patch up work to be done on my part to make the necessary repairs. However the work that Matthew did was excellent, he installed 2 ultra thin recessed lights, 1 of which was replacing the old fixture I mentioned and the other one in a spot above the oven where there was no fixture before! he also upgraded 1 of my dimmable light switches in my guest bathroom.
I am so pleased that I have actually already made an additional appointment for him to come and add a recessed light above my newly renovated shower! Matthew definitely knows what he is doing and he does it with ease. At the end of the day I trust him! So thank you!

Very pleased with the end result and the professionalism of the electricians that came out. Prices were on par with basically everyone else but I just had a good feeling about them and it paid off. Highly recommend and will be calling them again in the future.

It's hard to find a good electrician, but Johnathon Brown Electric is so great, I'm already trying to find more lighting projects.

After 12 years of tolerating the fluorescent light in the kitchen, the fella and I finally decided it was time to enter the 21st century. I emailed Johnathon Brown Electric to get a quote on putting in recessed lights along with pendants over the kitchen counter. They emailed me back within an hour and had an electrician out later that same day - a Friday, no less - for a quote.

Ryan was really great at walking us through everything we wanted, what it would take to do it, how long it would take, and how much it would all cost. I asked a million questions, and he had to answer me like I know nothing about lights and wiring... because I don't. But he was so patient! He was able to give us a quote when he came out, and we got on the schedule within a couple of weeks. Each time he came out, we got an emailed schedule reminder along with a call when he was on his way.

The job itself couldn't have gone better. The lights look amazing, and Ryan cleaned up everything perfectly after he was done. The cost was exactly what he quoted us, and you definitely get what you pay for.

The person on the phone and the tech were nice enough, however, I feel like they didn't do a good job the first time. The tech didn't have the right materials and then I got charged again when they came back the second time and I had to supply some of what they needed to do the job. It was also a good thing there were other people here because it was a 2 person job and they only sent one person, even the second time. I would not recommend.
