The outlets in my master bath weren't working so I gave them a call. Steve and his co-worker, Ethan, came out this morning to check things out. They were extremely polite and friendly and were very thorough in trying to determine what the problem was. After looking at just about every outlet in the house, they found that a GFI outlet in the spare bath was malfunctioning so they replaced it. When that didn't solve the problem, they pulled the other outlet in that bathroom and it was MELTED under the cover plate!! It could have caused a fire and they found it before something terrible could have and most likely would have happened at some point. I'm so grateful for their thoroughness!! And they didn't charge a small fortune to find and fix the problem. I highly recommend these guys!

Johnathon Brown Electric was responsive to my initial service request to replace a faulty outlet in my garage and also to provide recommendations on how to optimize the heating situation in the area, and they arrived on time and presented themselves as professionals from start to finish.

Both employees were personable, engaging, knowledgeable and had the ability to give insight and recommendations without coming off as condescending as they really took the time to explain things in an easy to understand fashion, while giving options based on what they would do (or have done) in their own homes, including taking the time to walk through various product options on Amazon with me in order to ensure I was ordering the right supplemental products without fail.

Overall, I would highly recommend these guys as they provided fantastic service at a great value and truly had a passion for their work and for educating others so that an informed decision could be made.

They had no issue spending plenty of time giving me free advice on the best layout for my area and actually steered me away from expensive upgrades that others had recommended in the past, so their honesty and transparency was greatly appreciated, as unfortunately not every company carries the same level of integrity.

It is for these reasons that I have no hesitation welcoming Johnathon Brown Electric into the esteemed 5-Star Club as it is truly well deserved!

Dont ever hire these people. When you see their ratings and what theyn will do , and you send a quote for what is needed they blow you off we dont do that. When people are old and senior citizens need help so we dont do something wrong and burn our houses down or electirfy ourself. When youj ask about help they lie to you because ouir needs is not enough for their time. They are a bunch of bums

The contractor we hired that never finished the job left us in a bind and did a lousy job with what they did do. Joshua from Johnathon Brown Electric came in and fixed nearly everything as it should be on the electrical side.

There were only a couple things he pointed out that we agreed that he wasn't going to fix because it would have to be completely replaced first due to the negligence of the previous contractor.

The fact that we were told when someone would arrive and what it would cost to fix were both accurate. The only thing that wasn't accurate was the timeframe to finish, which he finished EARLIER than expected. The opposite of most contractors we've dealt with.

I doubt that we will ever call any other electrician for our house.

I had my outdoor light fixtures on my garage updated along with my porch light fixture. Grady and Matt were responsive and professional - the finished product looked amazing! Michelle helped me with all of my questions and was super helpful with scheduling. Every step was seamless and the price for the work was fair. I will use this business again in the near future for all of my light installation and electrical needs :)

A few weeks ago, my lawn service shredded the housing for an external electric cord that powers my irrigation system. I called Johnathan Brown Electric and they came within 24 hours to do the repair. They cleaned up after themselves and charged a fair price for the work. I'd call them again if the need arises.

If you are looking for an electrician, I really recommend Jonathon Brown Electric. They came out for a tiny job on an old house and were as professional as if it was a big fancy one. Easy to schedule, ample communication before and after, and went above and beyond in terms of service and time and help. Before hand, I was a little concerned about finding someone good - its soooo hard to find reliable help now. They were great and I plan to use them for other work.

Had an issue with outlets in our kitchen. A technician came out and explained cost for diagnostic and repair. Checked everything thoroughly and replaced GFI. A couple days later had a similar issue. The same technician came right and found another issue, fixed it and there was no additional charge. We will definitely call again if we experience another electrical issue. Thank you Todd!
