Called Alex to have electrical work done on a rental property. He was prompt, attentive, and worked with my budget and project needs. He was able to change all the power outlets, switches, and even installed 3 new ceiling lights in the bedrooms and a vent/light combo in the bathroom very quickly.

Hired Alex to change a switch and gang box. The challenge was the house is lath and plaster. Alex arrived on time and began promptly. When he was done, which was about 45 min later, it turned out perfect. He did a great job cutting away at the plaster. I would recommend Alex for any electrical work! Great person!

Alex was a ""no show"". I spoke with him over the phone a couple days before the scheduled visit. We agreed on the time and day of the service. I even asked him if he was going to make it as he appeared to be out of the Bay Area. He assured me that Lodi was his area as well and could be there.

I took the day off of work to be there in the morning for his service. After he didn't show I called him up and he said he was working on something else in San Francisco. During the conversation he stated that I didn't get back to him which was not the agreement. The agreement was already discussed on the time and date.

I emailed them, they responded in 10 min, were to my house in an hour, I had already explained that my dryer kept tripping my circuit breaker. The repairmen came out and they were so professional, quickly found the problem but checked other areas as well to make sure all was OK. They were super patient with me and answered all my questions as I explained my husband recently died and I was trying to learn and understand what they were doing as my husband was the one who just took care of everything, I will use them for and recommend them for any electrical needs.
