After getting quotes from multiple electricians to install my Tesla wall charger, the quote I received from Alex was by far the lowest. Alex was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the process. He made sure to explain everything he was doing as well as provided options and recommendations. I was most impressed by how professional and polite he was, how fast it took him to complete the installation, and once again, the very low cost . It's obvious he cares about the level of service he provides and making sure his customers are satisfied with his work. I will definitely hire Alex and his team at Jensen again for future home electrical projects and refer him to friends and family.

I reached out on Sunday afternoon and Alex replied within 10 min , I explained my project (Tesla wall charger) and he was able to give me a great quote , he mentioned he could schedule me in on Monday (next day ! ) which was incredible , when he showed up he was extremely professional and made sure to check with me before he started the install just to make sure it was the desired location , he was in and out within 45 min and everything was cleaned and left spotless , if you have a Tesla charger that needs installing please don't hesitate to give Alex a call . Alex installed our Chargepoint L2 charger for our EV, and he did an excellent job! Alex is polite, pleasant, and informative. We will use his company again for future electrical needs.

PS, if your intent is for an EV charger installed, make sure to mention that. I made the mistake of just telling him to install a 14-50 NEMA plug as I originally wanted to install that EV charger myself but realized that it was slightly complicated and I didn't have the confidence to wire the charger plug to the system on my own. If I had mentioned that on the get-go, Alex would have directly wired the charger to the main panel for a better Amp rather than a NEMA plug. But all good. Alex stayed for a few more mins (for an additional minimal fee) to do all that despite him running late for his next customer appointment. Thanks, Alex!

Alex helped us install 2 things, J1772 EV chaerger and a ring flood light. He is very responsive to Yelp messages and texts to communicate with us. He also explained everything to us in great detail and was patient.

There prices are very reasonable compared to other quotes I've gotten. Hr also gave us a discount for having our newborn! Alex was super honest as well and tells us what we need and why.

My project was dependent on my solar panels and with the city and inspections I had to reschedule with Alex a few times and he was very understanding and flexible too.

Our project became more complicated because of our subpanel situation, but with a few ideas, he worked his magic and made it work. Even with the complications, the price wasn't too much more.

I would highly recommend going with this company. I am having Alex come back for my flood light!
