Jeff's a character!

First off, he picked up his phone on a Sunday night and talked with me at length about a handful things I needed fixed around the house.

He's very honest, dependable, and has a big heart. He's reasonably priced, and really cares about the quality of his work. Plus he loves dogs, and brought snacks for our dog (which she loved). He did leave the front door open one day while working, and we were scared that our dog may have escaped. But it turned out fine, and it never happened again.

For our family, it was all about turnkey service. Jeff understood that right away and worked on a bunch of stuff independently. He repaired a jacuzzi bathtub motor, replaced rotting deck boards, painted our front porch, installed a Nest doorbell, fixed the doorbell ringer itself, and patched up/painted a spot on our house that a rogue pressure washer chunked off with his wand set to obliterate.

Jeff's partnerships in the community also allowed us to take advantage and get really good prices on materials as well (which he didn't mark up like most contractors would). Jeff's silly and eccentric. He comes in like a whirlwind, so be ready for some energy. He's an honest, good guy and did a solid job with all the stuff we needed help with.

If I could go to give stars below I would!

A neighbor recommended Jeff. All I needed was a toilet reseated. So Jeff on the phone quotes me $100. Then he gets here and he says he needs to cut out a wooden ring which will now bring the total to $175.

So he gets in there and yes does the ring. And then he cracks my tank. And he says you now need a new toilet.

So I order a new toilet. It's in his way over here so he picks it up.

Guess what? He doesn't tell me he's going to charge me for assembling the new toilet... nor does he give me any credit for f*cking breaking my old one.

I'm on disability so when he finishes, he says his bill is $385!!!!

He never told me or said okay this will be more expensive. I'm on disability. His surprise was well over 1/4 of what my monthly income is.

He's a cheat, a liar, oh and he will spin stories around you for hours, and he's charging you for those stories.

Jeff ... you're a cheat. And you absolutely f*cked us over!

Jeff was a true professional who wouldn't leave until I was absolutely satisfied with the job he did. He hung two new light fixtures for us and then, as an extra bonus, he balanced and adjusted the drawers to our cabinets beneath the sink.

Very professional gets the job done efficiently. He is very honest and tells you what you need to get done and how to get it done. While looking in my attic for a potential new electrical project he found my HVAC had disconnections due to previously done work by the HVAC company that installed the plenum in my house. If you are looking for a very comprehensive and knowledgeable handy person to be able to get work done that's needed to keep your house viable for the next umpteen years call him. His prices are reasonable for the work and the knowledge that you get to make sure your house as well as your property is up to par and can succeed during hurricane season

Jeff came promptly to help us during a rainstorm when we noticed some pretty bad leaking of our windows. As soon as the rain stopped he came and sealed them. He was thorough in his explanation of what was going on and even filled some cracks in the area that may have been contributing to the leaks. Great service!
