I love Mr. Jeff! He was responsive and super fast! I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. Mr. Jeff was quick and painless. He worked around my schedule as best as he could. Jeff is a one-man operation, so keep in mind that larger jobs may require some assistance. He made that clear immediately when I told him the job: installing a 18,000btu window unit. He said, ""How's your back?"" I called him a little before noon, I told him I'd be his assistant, and he/we got the job done that afternoon. Great sense of humor and a fun conversationalist - we worked well together and I'll call him again if I need assistance with a job or something done beyond my technical means. The fact that he worked me in the day I called was huge and unexpected.

my window pane broke, one of those little french four panel windows. jeff was able to cut the glass to fit and fix it with no problem, even with all the rain we've been having lately. didn't even let my cats out either, they're window sitters. he also left behind two more panels of the same size glass. 10/10 great customer service, nice guy, and great work! will def use him again for any other fixing needs!

On a Sunday morning, I called Jeff in a panic due to an upstairs window that I had opened, with the AC running full blast. When I went to close the window, the rope in the frame slipped off the pully. We could not fix it. And this was not my house! I was visiting and family was hosting us while out of town. I was stressed about running up my host's electric bill and the wrath of my mom. My mom said it was my problem and I would pay out of my own pocket to fix it and I would take the laboring oar in finding the repairman. I found Jeff on Yelp. From my very first conversation with Jeff he was professional, helpful, willing and sympathetic to my situation. He tried to tell me how to fix it myself, but I couldn't do it. He said he could not come by until 5:30 p.m. I jumped at it. A few hours later, he said he had managed to open up a window of time to get to my house earlier. He showed up and fixed the problem immediately. He was kind, funny, and a complete joy. Thank you so much Jeff.

Not good at all, came and caused more damage by not doing the job correct and not switching off the breaker before he installed dimmer switches. I was gonna have him do more but I was scared. He damaged two walls that I didn't have paint for. He did pick up the phone on a Sunday, but I wouldn't recommend him at all. He also left his cigarette but outside my condo. Not professional at all.

Jeff did an outstanding job on several small jobs around my place that I've been putting off for years and would've continued putting off if it wasn't for him.
